Position Summary:
SolomonEdwards is looking for a Home Loan Specialist II for one of its mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

Essential Duties:
- Perform complex data and document validation.
- Troubleshoot third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.).
- Handle more complex calls, emails, or chat sessions.
- Complete appraisal eligibility tasks.
- Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred.
- General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $20-24.

Position Functions:
Assist Mortgage Lending Department staff on a daily basis and assist Member Business Lending Department as needed.
Process and disclose Loan Estimates, re-disclosures, closing disclosures, and loan closing documents.
Scrub real estate applications in mortgage lending software system to verify accuracy and completeness of application and supporting documents (tax returns, W2's, etc.)
Serve as liaison between Member and Originator for missing or incomplete information needed to process the real estate application.
Assist with processing of real estate restructures, including but not limited to document processing, obtaining and adding restructure information to member accounts as needed.
Prioritize loan pipeline at the beginning of each workday to determine most important and time-sensitive tasks and projects; check pipeline at the end of each workday, to determine which tasks need to be done as soon as possible on the following workday.
Work closely with Title Specialists to prepare closing disclosure and closing documents for review in order to ensure accuracy.
Address compliance alerts and coordinate with Quality Assurance team to prepare any documentation needed for correction.
Report to work on time and as scheduled.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Under the oversight of Operations Manager-Sheridan, the Cable Specialist is responsible for terminating, splicing, bonding/grounding, and documenting fiber optic splices. Performs testing on fiber optic cables in the companies' fiber optic networks. This position performs fiber locating, fiber maintenance and fiber route inspections, including the installation and upkeep of route markers, underground vault lids and locate posts. Requires the proper use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). This role involves frequent travel to various job sites and requires a high level of independence, precision, and commitment to safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS:
Read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy and completeness.
Read prints to determine planned cable routes, fiber counts, and splice points.
Splice fibers with a focus on quality workmanship as the priority.
Assemble splice enclosures, pedestals, and Optical Network Terminal (ONT) as per job.
Validate and test end-to-end connectivity over the fiber network,

General Function: Process early disclosures, re-disclosures, and closing disclosures for consumer real estate loans according to regulation and WCU policy. Assist Originators with member contact regarding their real estate application and any additional information needed to process the application. Scrub application & information in Mortgage Bot for accuracy and completeness. Offer clerical and customer service support to all members of mortgage lending departments.
Position Functions:
Assist Mortgage Lending Department staff on a daily basis and assist Member Business Lending Department as needed.
Process and disclose Loan Estimates, re-disclosures, closing disclosures, and loan closing documents.
Scrub real estate applications in mortgage lending software system to verify accuracy and completeness of application and supporting documents (tax returns, W2's, etc.)
Serve as liaison between Member and Originator for missing or incomplete information needed to process the real estate application.
Assist with processing of real estate restructures, including but not limited to document processing, obtaining and adding restructure information to member accounts as needed.
Prioritize loan pipeline at the beginning of each workday to determine most important and time-sensitive tasks and projects; check pipeline at the end of each workday, to determine which tasks need to be done as soon as possible on the following workday.
Work closely with Title Specialists to prepare closing disclosure and closing documents for review in order to ensure accuracy.
Address compliance alerts and coordinate with Quality Assurance team to prepare any documentation needed for correction.
Report to work on time and as scheduled.
Perform other duties as assigned.
