SUMMARY
The Loan Boarding Specialist II is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and ensuring that the required closed loan documents have been received, and for booking of loans to the Loan Accounting System following First Interstate Bank's procedure and policy. Assigned loan products include Consumer, Commercial, and Specialty loan products that encompassing simple to complex transactions in accordance with loan closing documents. This position will meet completeness, turn time, and accuracy requirements per established service level agreements.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Boards and books closed loans to the Loan Accounting System, including compliance and collateral information.
* Reviews the batch-scanned documents to verify receipt, accuracy, and proper execution of loan documents and that there are no alterations in the documents.
* Coordinates efforts with appropriate parties to obtain missing information needed to meet boarding requirements.
* Determines funding requirements and forwards to Loan Funding queue.
* Performs loan activating TMS entries in a timely and accurate manner.
* Monitors queue volumes and adjusts workload as necessary.
* Performs job responsibilities in accordance with the completeness, accuracy, and turn time standards per established service level agreements.

Responsibilities:
Pre-Underwrite

Return incomplete loans to LO or LP2 with a detailed list of outstanding items (Cc'ing BOM BM)
Initiate ALL third-party items (or direct LP3A to do so, if applicable)
Submit high-quality loans for preliminary underwriting without over-analyzing

Position Summary:
SolomonEdwards is looking for a Home Loan Specialist II for one of its mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

Essential Duties:
- Perform complex data and document validation.
- Troubleshoot third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.).

Qualifications:
