**About the role:**
As a CBRE Transaction Specialist you will provide broad tactical and operational support to a team of transaction management professionals assigned to a corporate client account team. Assist with the transaction management team's ongoing performance of multi-market transaction assignments.
This position is part of the Brokerage job family. Brokers are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of industrial, office, retail, and other commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation.
**What you'll do:**
+ Support the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) team with any documentation related to the transaction process flow, such as lease and own acquisitions, dispositions, estoppel certificates, subordination, non-disturbance, and attornment (SNDA) documents, and notices to exercise lease options, among additional items.
+ Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
+ Facilitate commission invoicing and tracking.
+ Provide oversight of project file (hard copy and database) maintenance to ensure all required documentation is included in the file or database.
+ Prepare, assemble, coordinate, and complete closing procedures of approval packages for lease and own acquisitions, dispositions, estoppel certificates, and SNDAs in accordance with Client's policies and procedures.
+ Submit, track, and follow up on customer survey and update log.
+ Gather and coordinate real estate market data, so that Transaction Manager understands the conditions of the market area.
+ Review and verify monthly accounting variance reports and assists in preparation of client reporting.
+ Prepare and track correspondence for broker engagements and commission collection.
+ Assist with resolution of landlord-tenant issues.
+ Other duties may be assigned.

About the role:
The Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist position is a global operations role responsible for providing administrative, internal, and external client service support for our Consumer Loan Servicing department.
What you'll do:
* Carry out administration, maintenance, monitoring, and oversight of various consumer loan products including but not limited to residential mortgages and home equity loans.
* Maintain knowledge of mortgage loan quality control items such as lien position, insurance, refinancing, and bankruptcy, and maintain responsibility for review and administrative maintenance of such as well as verifying proper setup on in-house operating systems.
* Onboarding and booking of portfolio consumer loans to the core banking system, processing of payments and payoffs, performing research and issue resolution, while maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Execute escrow disbursements and escrow analysis associated with taxes and insurance; meeting deadlines and correcting shortages and overages as needed.
* Monitor various reports including but not limited to reports regarding PMI, MIP, automatic payment rejections and delinquencies for tracking, adjustments, and quality control.
* Maintain administration and execution of functions and control items related to Freddie Mac loans, including but not limited to the Bank's annual certification, administration of payoffs, foreclosures, funding, report monitoring.
* Execute various loan processing tasks necessary for maintaining quality control and compliance with industry laws and regulations as well as CFBank internal policies, also maintaining proper documentation and tracking tools, such as Excel spreadsheets, for monitoring and reporting as needed.
* Comply with internal security policies and procedures and maintain customer confidentiality at all times.
* Adhere to all regulations, policies, and record keeping requirements. Complete all required training related to bank regulations and policies.

Position Summary:
The Commercial Loan Closing Specialist, coordinates the daily administrative function of the Business Services department. In this role, the Commercial Loan Closing Specialist is responsible for loan documentation, administration of loan files, procuring third party work, and conducting pre-close quality control for all business loans including but not limited to commercial real estate, commercial & industrial, lines of credit, and government guaranteed loans. The Commercial Loan Closing Specialist shall also be responsible for business member services, escalated issues and correspondence. Additional responsibilities may include attending community events as a representative of the business service team supporting the department's lending officer and department head.
Responsibilities:
Workflow Management:
* Responsible for assigned loan files from approval through closing.
* Coordinate due diligence with all third-party professionals.
* Facilitate Greeting Meetings with Loan Officer.
* Create and review loan documentation for accuracy and completeness.
* Ensure all approval conditions are satisfied.
* Ensure loan file documents are stacked in proper order.
Due Diligence Responsibilities:
* Order title search/commitment.
* Order appraisals.
* Order environmental reports.
* Communicate with legal counsel.
* Allocate fees and costs correctly.
* Verify wires, while following all applicable policies.
Document Preparation:
* Create documents using LaserPro, in accordance with Telhio's Credit policy and SBA SOP.
* Documents may include full loan packages, changes in terms, and other miscellaneous servicing requests.
* Create checklists to accompany each closing package.
Quality Control:
* Complete pre-closing QC checklist for self or other members of the team.
* Ensure all Sageworks tasks are completed
* Verify all documentation is filed appropriately in Sageworks and in J drive.
* Performs other duties as assigned
* Complies with all policies and standards
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent Required
* Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance or Accounting Preferred
* 1-3 years Commercial Loan Processing Required
* 1-3 years Commercial Post Closing experience Required
* 1-3 years Experience with Sageworks / Abrigo Commercial Loan System Preferred
* Knowledge of SBA Standard Operations Procedures Knowledge SBA Loan Policy and Products (Low proficiency)
* Ability to read and understand bank, financial statement and tax return documents (Medium proficiency)
* Decision making skills (Medium proficiency)

Manage the processing of SBA loans from origination through post-closing. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Determine the eligibility for SBA 7(a) and SBA Express loans
Determine, Coordinate and communicate with internal and external business partners for all documentation required in the closing of SBA loans
Prepare “Needs Lists” of items required to process and close an SBA Guaranteed loan in such manner as to meet SBA rules and regulations
