As a Mortgage LoanServicingSpecialist, you utilize industry experience and knowledge to provide support to lending personnel and all other internal customers, creating and maintaining complete and accurate loan files.
What You'll Do:
A Day in the Life - This role is responsible for onboarding and servicingloansin the Fiserv Premier system while ensuring compliance with agency, investor, and regulatory requirements. The position includes processing payments, escrow disbursements, payoffs, and collateral releases, as well as preparing reports and assisting with audits. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to collaborate with internal teams, investors, and customers to resolve issues and support timely loan purchases.
What it Takes:
* Ability to: communicate effectively (written and verbally), maintain confidentiality, work with speed and accuracy, grasp technical information quickly, apply solid reasoning, analytical and mathematical skill, and work independently and as a team member.
* Knowledge of automated underwriting and agency guidelines

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
