WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Loan Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions. You will deliver superior customer service, respond to inquiries that are already approved for the refinance, and offer additional finance and coverage options to enhance the customer experience.
You'll be structuring your loans and pitching optional coverages to the borrowers. You will also manage the loan through the different steps to ensure funding. Your duties include preparing loans for the contracting process, calling borrowers to review electronic documents and title documents, and ensuring all documents are signed and tracked. You'll handle various statuses of the loan, ensuring all steps are followed and errors are fixed promptly.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
Six (6) figure earning potential with hourly/salary plus uncapped commissions. Average Loan Specialists are pacing at $70-80k per year with top performers exceeding $150k+ per year, which is uncapped and has no ceiling
This position starts as an hourly based position $19.29 and includes overtime pay along with a higher per deal commission plan for the first three full months to allow for ramp up time with great earning potential during your learning period
On the first day of the fourth full month Loan Specialists move to salary on the standard commission structure based on a tiered system for overall revenue and product sales
On top of uncapped commissions, the better you perform the more leads you are provided, greatly increasing your earning potential

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored auto finance and refinance options. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Loan Processing: Facilitate the loan application process from start to finish, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted, while working with supporting departments
Daily achieving 60+ outbound phone calls, 3 to 5 hours of talk time with texting and emails
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products to effectively offer and explain additional options to customers.
Develop sales skills to effectively present benefits of loan options and sell additional products
Manage expectations and overcome objections with a consultative sales approach.
Work within our lending partners' guidelines.
Walk customers through document signing, collecting necessary stipulations, consistent follow up until loan has funded.
Quality assurance of all work through provided tools - lender information, state information, documentation, notation, checklists, etc.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The Mortgage Loan Administrator will be a key role in the origination of all 1-4 unit residential real estate loan products. Review loan application files for accuracy and completeness, including a pre-underwriting review process.
Responsible for issuing TRID documents as well as closing documents.
Validate and verify loan application data related to assets, liabilities, income, debts, employment, etc.
Submit loan applications to underwriting.
Order applicable documents from third party vendors, i.e. hazard insurance, HOA documents, title documents, etc.
Assist in mortgage loan pipeline management, including, but not limited to, tracking regulatory deadlines, status of each application within the origination process, ordering of appraisals, closing date, etc.
Process rate lock requests.
Assist in overseeing multiple loan files within the closing pipeline.
Assure all Federal & State regulations are adhered to.
Update information in the loan operating system.

Communicate with and facilitate processes and parties in the origination process.

Job Description
The primary function of this position is to call, send notices, and collect past due consumer loans in a timely manner while maintaining Ent's collection policies, State and Federal laws, as well as a high level of member service. This position will also handle repossession assignments and back up the Remarketing Specialist when absent, scheduling the delivery of cars to vendors to prepare the car for sale and answering member questions. An additional function is to monitor impounded vehicles (Colorado Springs Police Department or other agency impounds or towing companies) and vehicles at repair facilities once notified of a potential loss of lien. These efforts will thus result in the reduction of net loss.
Essential Functions
Make collection calls, send notices per policies, and transfer funds when appropriate on past-due consumer loans. Assign vehicles for repossession as needed per policy, monitor and follow up with repossession agents. Monitor impounded or held vehicles so Ent does not lose its lien.
Make sure all legal notices to repossess have been sent prior to repossession. Verify we have title with good lien and proper enforceability documents such as Note and Security Agreement.
Coordinate with the Support Specialist and have all Allied Solutions' claims filed timely once discovered that repossession agents cannot locate collateral, the repossessed vehicle is damaged, etc. , if there is CPI on loan. If the repossessed vehicle has member insurance and if damaged, file Repo Plus claims.
Monitor impounded or held vehicles so Ent does not lose its lien by updating the Impound Spreadsheet in the Collection folder.
Back up the Repossession Specialists as needed, this may include but is not limited to organizing the delivery of cars to vendors and answering member questions.
Follow up on collateral after assignment using Repossession agent websites and Akcelerant on a regular basis.
Bank Secrecy Act: Remains cognizant of and adheres to Ent policies and procedures, and regulations pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Summary of Duties:

Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between Loan Originator, Borrowers, Underwriter, and Lender.
Receive loan application and assist applicants when completing the loan application, as needed.

Work within and adhere to established regulations, timelines and law requirements at all times.
Make recommendations to Loan Originator for procedural changes to increase efficiency.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, balancing GL's, coordinating and implementing department marketing strategy, reconciling monthly credit card statements, maintaining and updating templates and lender specific documentation, inputting data into mortgage lending software, etc.
Answer telephone calls within two rings, transferring or servicing the customer if possible. When answering the telephone, speak with a smile identifying the bank and yourself.

Complete compliance coursework selected for this position by the Compliance Department on time twice per year.
