The Construction Disbursement Administration (CDA) group is responsible for managing roughly 200 commercial construction projects simultaneously. WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a Loan Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinance solutions. You will deliver superior customer service, respond to inquiries that are already approved for the refinance, and offer additional finance and coverage options to enhance the customer experience.
You'll be structuring your loans and pitching optional coverages to the borrowers. You will also manage the loan through the different steps to ensure funding. Your duties include preparing loans for the contracting process, calling borrowers to review electronic documents and title documents, and ensuring all documents are signed and tracked.
