Key Responsibilities:
Face-to-face customer support, including OR, SPD and Biomed
Video tower/system set-up and support
Inspection, repair, troubleshooting and replacement of KARL STORZ devices

Transporting, cleaning/sterilization and packaging of instruments after use
Trouble shoot video and instrument issues in the O.R.

What You'll Do:
Accurately diagnose cause of garage door issues, recommend options for solutions, price repairs (when applicable) in accordance with company policy, complete repairs and/or installs after authorization is received, collect and timely deliver payment from customer to office (daily preferred, but always within two business days), complete and submit all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
Upon completion of service, review invoice and explain work completed (in person, by phone or by email) with customer to confirm satisfaction. Communicate any issues, concerns or outstanding items to office for scheduled follow-up.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for the processing of bank consumer real estate loans.
Must be knowledgeable of bank Lending Policy, Loan Underwriting Procedures, and Appraisal Procedures, Flood Procedures, Construction Procedures and HMDA.
Responsible for obtaining real estate loan applications, credit bureau reports, and all other required documentation pertaining to a loan from Loan Officer/Financial Services Representatives.
Responsible for obtaining the required documentation from Loan Officers, Financial Service Representatives, or other sources, to ensure bank compliance and regulations are met.
Verify that all loan disclosures and supporting documents are complete, including the ones that require signatures.
Input loan information into Decision Pro, Laser Pro, and Loan Work Book.
Prepare Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosures.
Coordinate closings with Title Company when applicable.
Submit request for loan document production from Loan Administration.
Verify that all loan documents and supporting documents are complete and accurate.
Authorize submission of final loan documents to Loan Officer/Financial Services Representative for loan closing.
Review loan documents to sending complete loan file to Loan Administration for printing, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Sort and review all loan documents returned to RE Processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain tracking log and pipeline and report on all loans being processed.
Must be able to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
Strive to eliminate all loan exceptions on loans processed.
Effectively work and cooperate with supervisors, co-workers and customers.
Follow direction of supervisor.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
High School diploma or GED required.
Related experience providing a working knowledge of loan documentation and/or processing is preferred.
Bookkeeping and accounting skills required to balance transactions.
Proficient computer, 10-key, and keyboarding skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

Department is a production environment, with emphasis on productivity/quality standards and departmental completion times. Position requires data background with abilities to enter 6,000 alphanumeric keystrokes/hour. Works in a biohazard environment, practicing good safety habits. Able to sit or stand for long periods. Communicates effectively with all levels of staff. Adheres to core values, safety and compliance policies and procedures. Keeps work area neat and clean. A Typical Day The Pre-Foreclosure Default Specialist is responsible for managing a portfolio of delinquent loans to ensuring compliance and accuracy before referring a loan for foreclosure.
This role involves reviewing loan documents, preparing necessary notices, and coordinating with various groups, such as Loss Mitigation, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy to ensure investor/insurer state and regulatory requirements are met before transitioning a loan into foreclosure.
This position provides a variety of support services and will demonstrate flexibility and reliability in working together with other team members to assure that business unit objectives and goals are met in a timely manner, as they are assigned by department management.
The Pre-Foreclosure Default Specialist will: Ensure that all state and investor guidelines are monitored and adhered to as it relates to Foreclosure Referral timeframes Responsibilities may include photo copying, scanning and mailing of documents, researching and providing copies of documents for external vendors Conduct loan level research and take appropriate action required to resolve issues as needed Interact and coordinate activities with other departments to accomplish tasks and objectives as directed Communicate with attorney firms as needed Provide excellent customer service by following through on all questions or requests Follow instructions and respond positively to management direction Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in any task assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values Perform other related duties as required and assigned What You'll Bring 2+ years of experience in Mortgage, Operations, Default, Quality Assurance, or equivalent education preferred.
Knowledge of basic default servicing and mortgage systems Thorough knowledge of loan servicing, foreclosure, bankruptcy, REO, legal and title Strong time-management skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize work assignments.
Detail oriented and self-motivated.
Strong aptitude for assessing, understanding and quantifying risk.
