Ensure all loans comply with established TCU policies and procedures. - Prepares title applications, submits to state and follows up on all outstanding titles. - Ensure all titles and UCC's are recorded in a timely manner and to inform your manager, of any issues. - All department logs (audit, title UCC, new loans) and weekly/monthly reports to be completed accurately and in a timely manner. - Provide accurate and professional service to new and existing members both internal and external. Assist members in a timely fashion. Responds to members phone calls and e-mails, as well as other correspondence in within one (1) day.
