How You'll Spend Your Time * You will input and maintain loan data while ensuring quality control for both new and renewed loans. * You will interpret legal and financial documents to configure loan systems accurately and prevent future issues. * You will handle a high volume of service requests and calls, resolving problems that may directly impact customers. * You will monitor system reports to identify and resolve exceptions, including collections and bankruptcy transactions. * You will communicate with internal partners, providing research-based solutions and guidance on account servicing. * You will calculate amortization, prepare regulatory disclosures, and ensure compliance with mailing requirements. * You will complete special projects, maintain loan reports, and adjust consumer loan rates as needed. Position Locations: Phoenix, AZ Tampa, FL St. Louis, MO Plano, TX Essential Duties: - Perform routine data entry and validation tasks. - Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.). - Review and validate loan documents. - Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses. - Monitor work queues and intervene as needed. - Perform other related duties as required and assigned. - Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values. Qualifications: - Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. - Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred. - General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations. Skills and Job-Specific Competencies: - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Travel Requirements: No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.
