Requirements:

Ensure all loan requests include proper approval to include aggregate debt, floors and fee waiver approvals
Review in-house loan documentation for commercial, consumer and real estate loans in accordance with Bank policy and regulatory requirements, within 12 hours of receipt of completed supporting documentation package, to include complex loans
Utilize external websites and vendors to acquire information to complete required information for loan packages
Ensure all internal systems (nCino, Footprints, etc.) are updated in a timely manner
Upon satisfactory documentation completion of loan package, submit to Doc Prep for review
Train new hires and cross train all existing employees
Maintain process manual on shared drive and compose procedures for any new processes
Responsible for being familiar with all compliance regulations and policies that are applicable to this position and follow and ensure compliance with these regulations and policies

Qualifications:

Job Summary
The Mortgage Loan Processor is responsible for processing loan files by verifying the information the applicants supply on the application, documenting it in accordance with the terms and conditions of the loan approval, and providing the information necessary for the closing of the mortgage loan. This involves the verifying of the applicant's income, assets, liabilities and collateral value. It may also involve gathering additional documentation required to qualify applicant for various grant programs.
Primary and Essential Functions
Review the file received from the loan officer for necessary documentation and disclosures
Collecting and verifying the necessary information and documents for a loan application, such as income verification, bank statements, tax returns, appraisal, etc.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of agency (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) and portfolio guidelines.
Knowledge of federal and state mortgage lending regulations.
Review the file input in mortgage software and any grant-specific software.
Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
Follow-up on any documentation that has not been received, including ordering the appraisal, FHA/VA case numbers, and alternative documentation if required, etc.
Follow-up on any grant-specific documentation that is needed.
Order Credit Alert Interactive Voice Response System (CAIVRS), check Limited Denial of Participation (LDP)/General Services Administration (GSA) exclusionary lists.
Evaluate documentation received for correctness and completeness.
Prepare and submit all loan files to the loan underwriter for a credit decision.
Complete information necessary for the closing of the loan by making sure the closing date is on the shared calendar, flood certifications are in the file, and evidence of all insurances (HOI, wind/hail, flood, etc.). Checking all insurance policies for adherence to product guidelines.
Follow up on any additional requirements or conditions requested by the loan underwriter.
Provide excellent internal and external customer service.
Create strong and lasting relationships with clients and referral partners.
Ability to work collaboratively and as a liaison for the loan officer, underwriter, closer, settlement agent, and real estate agent (if applicable) on all loan files.
Perform general administrative duties such as attending meetings, report production, etc.
Complete all tracking data of the loan file in the mortgage loan software.
Communicate effectively with the loan officer throughout the loan cycle to ensure closing deadlines are met.
Work with other departments as needed on projects related to the mission of HOPE.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assist the physician, perfusionist and/or other clinical staff members with initiation of ECMO, the course and conduct of ECMO, and the conclusion of ECMO and any related therapies therein including but not limited to circuit or component changes, priming, blood bank communications, medication administration as licensure permits, and hemofiltration as examples.
* Demonstrate a culture of safety through a hand-off of the ECMO patient covering all aspects of the patient's care and the state of the ECMO circuit.
* Provide a detailed examination of the circuit to ensure its integrity, while written parameters and a plan of care are worked out during rounds.
* Ensure the continuity of the ECMO circuit as a whole, keeping it safe and secure during patient handling. Reducing the risks of circuit compromise by regular assessments is ongoing.
* Assess blood gas values, anticoagulation parameters and other laboratory values and work within a prescribed set of parameters and guidelines to maintain the patient in an optimal state of well-being.
* Monitor anticoagulation, analgesics, inotropes and other infusions are titrated, blood products are ordered and given, and the ECMO pump flow and oxygenator gas flow adjusted as needed.
