Review of daily reports (paid notes, notices, non-post transactions, loan maintenance reports, new note audit and others)

OREO and Special Assets Tracking
Participation loan tracking
FHLB loan review
FSA payments
NE energy loans booking and tracking
HELOC & ready reserve statements
Returned loan payment ACH and check items
Denials and withdrawals
Deferred fees reconciliation
Working loan packages and noting any exceptions
Real estate tax tracking
GL Balancing of loan accounts
Escrow tracking and reconciliation
Collateral tracking
Work with imaging department for assistance in document indexing
Any additional duties, as assigned

A Brief Summary of This Position
The Mill Specialist is a versatile role focused on keeping the tube mill running efficiently and producing high-quality products. This position requires adaptability and a broad knowledge of all roles in the department, as you may need to step in to cover various positions when others are unavailable. Additionally, the Mill Specialist supports the team by assisting with equipment upkeep, training newer employees, and responding to needs across the mill. It's a dynamic and hands-on position where no two days are the same, requiring strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to teamwork.
Essential Functions:
Operate one of three continuous running steel tube mills, producing tubing in a variety of different sizes, shapes, and gauges.
Ensure the production of quality tubing at efficient speeds, including tubing for agricultural, mechanical, structural, and exhaust stack applications.
Inspect and identify substandard products caused by issues such as poor steel, welds, or forms to prevent customer service problems.
Select and install proper weld rolls, fin passes, impeders, scarfers, and any other tooling to produce superior tubing.
Adjust guide rolls, side rolls, forming rolls, driver rolls, and weld head rolls for consistent, high-quality output.
Fine-tune mill setups after changeovers and identify the correct fin pass for precise tube formation.
Operate various tools and equipment including overhead cranes, 20,000 lb. CY forklift, uncoiler, coil car, looper, tube mills, welders, cutting torches, plasma cutter, grinders, tape measures, micrometers, OD and PI tape, Metco zinc spraying guns (including gas/oxygen), dial indicators, dial calipers and radius gauges, seam annealer unit and non-destructive test equipment.
Set up and operate multiple flying cutoff systems to minimize burrs, scarf, and material waste while maximizing production speeds.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, coil usage, and production details, including prime and random footage.
Adjust pull thru drive section and all Turksheads to ensure tubing meets tolerance specifications for ovality and straightness.
Stage equipment efficiently to support upcoming setups and changeovers.
Perform routine maintenance, such as changing filters, adjusting equipment, and addressing minor repairs to keep the mill running efficiently.
Prioritize tasks effectively when covering multiple roles or addressing equipment malfunctions to ensure continuous mill operation.
Monitor and maintain the cooling pit to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Train and mentor newer employees while performing operational duties, often managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Interact with other departments including engineering, maintenance, sales, shipping, and quality assurance, to coordinate production needs, address equipment issues, and resolve quality concerns.
Follow all safety protocols while operating hazardous equipment, including torches, plasma cutters, and heavy machinery.
Required Qualifications of Every Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
6 to 7 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience performing basic industrial maintenance, including troubleshooting, routine repairs, and preventative maintenance on production equipment
Ability to read and write legibly, with basic math skills, including whole numbers, fractions, and metric conversions.
Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
Effective communication skills to train team members and coordinate activities for efficient operations.
Working knowledge of welding principles to assess tubing quality through crush, flare, and reverse bend tests.
High attention to detail to uphold quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
System Configuration & Optimization
Administer all UKG modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Onboarding and Workforce Management.
Configure workflows, fields, and forms to support evolving business needs.
Test and implement UKG quarterly updates and new functionality.
Validate and test UKG weekly patches, monthly enhancements, and quarterly releases to prevent calculation errors, system failures, and user access issues.
Partner with managers and department leaders to understand operational needs and build or refine HRIS workflows, forms, and processes that improve efficiency and accuracy across locations.

Conduct regular audits to maintain clean and accurate employee data.
Develop custom reports and dashboards for leadership, compliance, and audits.
Ensure consistent data flow and alignment across HRIS modules.
Monitor and correct data integrity issues that impact pay accuracy, benefits eligibility, PTO balances, and compliance reporting.
Manage HRIS reporting needs including turnover metrics, headcount, ACA reporting, safety data, leave usage, cost modeling, and workforce analytics.
Security & Compliance
Maintain system security roles and access permissions.
Ensure compliance with legal requirements (ACA, FMLA, EEO, pay transparency, etc.).
Support audit readiness and data retention policies.
Ensure the HRIS is accurately configured for legal and regulatory requirements, reducing exposure related to ACA, wage-and-hour rules, paid leave laws, payroll taxation, and benefits eligibility.
Integration & Vendor Management
Oversee system integrations between UKG and third-party vendors (e.g., benefits, background checks, LMS).
Act as the primary point of contact with UKG for support and enhancements.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain all file feeds such as medical/dental/vision, HSA/FSA, life/LTD, retirement/ESOP, background checks, and LMS to ensure accurate data transmission and prevent interruptions to payroll and benefits operations.
Training & User Support
Provide system support and training to HR team members and field users.
Develop user guides and conduct onboarding and open enrollment sessions for new users.
Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues.
Support 50+ locations by responding to daily UKG issues such as passwords, punches, workflows, timecards, recruiting access, and benefits questions.
Continuous Improvement
Proactively monitor system performance, emerging issues, and process gaps before they impact employees, payroll, or benefits
Anticipate future HR, payroll, safety, and compliance needs and recommend UKG-driven solutions in advance of organizational changes.

Essential Responsibilities (included but are not limited to):
Maintain equipment according to preventable maintenance schedule.
Clean machines and immediate work area.
Responsible to produce, visually inspect and package product.
Operate equipment and process functions.
Conduct inspections and perform process tests.
Understand and complete all required paperwork in a timely fashion.

Pantry Specialist Reports to: Pantry Manager Compensation Status: Part-time, hourly Hours: 28 hours per week The primary purpose of this position is to provide excellent customer service to participants utilizing the Choice Pantry. Excellent customer service includes showing respect to all participants, answering questions, facilitating participants' exit from the Pantry, and stocking Pantry shelves. The Pantry Specialist also helps to ensure food safety standards and cleanliness are being adhered to.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Providing excellent customer service to participants utilizing the Choice Pantry.
Implementing food safety standards with respect to storing and distributing food.
Stocking and restocking pantry shelves with dry and frozen goods.
Assisting with inventory control as needed, utilizing a first in, first out process.
Maintaining a clean environment.
ABILITIES and SKILLS:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The ability, experience, and sensitivity in serving people with diverse cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
The ability to prioritize tasks.
The ability to work independently.
The ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
The ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required.
The ability to operate a forklift/pallet walker preferred.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
