About the Role:
In this role, you will process and fund bank approved SBA 7(a), USDA, 504 and other government guaranteed loans as assigned by the SBA Closing Director. Work with borrowers, production staff and third parties to ensure timely and accurate loan closings. Collect and review documentation, perform borrower, entity, and loan related searches, perfect loan collateral, and ensure proper documentation of loans as specified and approved by the Bank and the requirements that fall within the Standard Operating Procedures of the Small Business Administration and other Government Guaranteed Loan Programs.
Identify and collect documentation in support of and as specified within the banks' loan approval. Plan tasks and workflows to meet closing deadlines.
Order Flood certifications, IRS Verifications, Site Visit reports CAVIRs, OFACS, UCC Searches and other reports as required. Review insurance documents to ensure proper type and coverage for each transaction.
Verify and determine the amount and source of borrower injection funds.
Review Purchase and Sale Agreements, Real Estate documents, entity documents of potential borrowers and related entities to ensure compliance with bank and SBA requirements.
Prepare lenders instructions and coordinate loan closings with escrow and title companies.
Perform loan related searches on individuals, entities, and collateral.
Responsible for accurate ordering and generation of Laser Pro and SBA documents.
Coordinate closings between borrowers, Bank Associates, Certified Development Companies, and escrow/title companies as necessary. Facilitate loan funding and the subsequent follow up for all post-closing documentation items.
Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others within the team.

About You:
H.S. Diploma/GED
4-7 years of SBA closing experience and knowledge of SBA loan program requirements or equivalent work experience, required.

POSITION EXPECTATION
Position Summary
The Merchandise Processor - Clearance Center sorts donated merchandise, salvage, or recycle goods for preparation, sale, recycle to meet Clearance Center rotations and sales goals. To handle day to day operations of processing, moving clearance tables, physically using pallet jacks and dollies to move product
Responsibilities
Sorts tables of product into gaylords after each rotation of the Clearance Center by type of product.
Levels all tables of product after gaylords are tipped onto table.
Takes all oversized items from tables and removes trash.
Keeps work area always clean.
Performs repetitive work at a set pace.
Performs daily table swaps. Depending upon the production needs, the Merchandise Processor - Clearance Center may be required to physically move gaylords of product using a pallet jack and push/pull tables on and off the clearance store floor.
Assists in any other projects or tasks as determined by management.

What You'll Do
Offer Stellar Customer Service
Greet every customer with a smile and enthusiasm, whether in-person or over the phone.

Dive into loan applications, ensuring all info is accurate and completely clarified.
Process loans quickly while sticking to our underwriting guidelines.
Break down loan contracts to customers, making sure they know the ins and outs.
Spot opportunities to approve loans and offer credit limit increases qualifying customers.
Make marketing and informational calls to current customers informing them of how much they have available and other products available.
Reach out to past-due accounts with timely, professional, and courteous calls.
Log clear, concise notes with accurate promise dates in our system.
Calculate payments like a math wizard and answer questions about due dates, interest, and more.
Enter data into our system with precision and keep the office running smoothly.

What You Bring to the team
High school diploma or GED-check!
One year of customer service experience to show off your people skills.
Comfortable with computers and basic office equipment.
Killer communication skills (English/Spanish bilingual is a bonus!).
Cash handling, lending, or collections experience? Even better!
Ready to work regular hours (with occasional overtime) and travel between locations.

The Cash Logistics Processor Role:
In branch locations around the world, we're doing the critical cash accounting work that keeps modern commerce moving. Our work is essential, so our team members are essential. We verify bank deposits, prepare cash shipments and connect money from one place to the next. We do it because it makes us proud - #BrinksProud. As a Cash Logistics Processor at Brink's, you'll work within our branch locations to account for the cash and valuables we transport to banks and businesses worldwide.
This position requires the enforcement of rules to protect the premises and property of Brink's and its customers, as well as the safety of persons on the premises of Brink's and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Check in all work and cash through window
+ Verify cash, perform data input into iTrack, mix and check for all deposit types including check only, CompuSafe, ATM, Recyclers and mixed
+ Process check imaging into FIS system
+ Balance all individual teller sells
+ Validate bulk pull and fill each order by packing slip.
+ Complete checklist according to established deadlines for each major function throughout the day
+ Clean off stations at end of day, bundle trash according to specified procedure, sort deposit slips, ensure no work is remaining, print check manifest and make sure deposits match
+ Ensure all imaged work and teller paperwork is delivered to the appropriate areas and/or filed appropriately
+ Follow any direction provided by supervisor and/or manager
The Qualifications You Must Have:
+ 18 years old or older
+ Minimum of 3 months experience in any cash handling, inventory control, deposit processing, vault processing, account reconciliation, ATM processing environments or being a Cashier or Teller
+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.
+ Ability to satisfactorily complete and maintain all required internal training applicable to the position.

SBA Loan Closing Specialist I

**About the Role:** In this role, you will process and fund bank approved SBA 7(a), USDA, 504 and other government guaranteed loans as assigned by the SBA Closing Director. Work with borrowers, production staff and third parties to ensure timely and accurate loan closings. Collect and review documentation, perform borrower, entity, and loan related searches, perfect loan collateral, and ensure proper documentation of loans as specified and approved by the Bank and the requirements that fall within the Standard Operating Procedures of the Small Business Administration and other Government Guaranteed Loan Programs.
+ Identify and collect documentation in support of and as specified within the banks' loan approval. Plan tasks and workflows to meet closing deadlines.
+ Order Flood certifications, IRS Verifications, Site Visit reports CAVIRs, OFACS, UCC Searches and other reports as required. Review insurance documents to ensure proper type and coverage for each transaction.
+ Verify and determine the amount and source of borrower injection funds.
+ Review Purchase and Sale Agreements, Real Estate documents, entity documents of potential borrowers and related entities to ensure compliance with bank and SBA requirements.
+ Prepare lenders instructions and coordinate loan closings with escrow and title companies.
+ Perform loan related searches on individuals, entities, and collateral.
+ Responsible for accurate ordering and generation of Laser Pro and SBA documents.
+ Coordinate closings between borrowers, Bank Associates, Certified Development Companies, and escrow/title companies as necessary. Facilitate loan funding and the subsequent follow up for all post-closing documentation items.
+ Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities - knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
+ Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
+ Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
+ May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others within the team.

**About** **You:**
+ H.S. Diploma/GED
+ 4-7 years of SBA closing experience and knowledge of SBA loan program requirements or equivalent work experience, required.
+ Basic knowledge of SBA, Standard Operating Procedures, and USDA requirements.
+ Ability to comply with bank policy and procedures.
+ Experience working with SBA production staff and underwriters.
+ Ability to actively manage 3-5 loan files on an on-going basis, with adherence to bank established Closing Service Level Agreements.
+ Demonstrate a high level of organization, attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness, with the ability to multi-task.
+ Knowledge of personal computer and related software packages, including but not limited to, MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook, and other business machines standard in the industry.
+ Ability to work under pressure and organize own work with guidance from Supervisor.

The pay range for this role is $28.00 - $40.00.
The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location.
