This role is an onsite position 8am-5pm Monday-Friday with the flexibility of 1 day remote post onboarding.

The LoanServicingSpecialist is the primary contact who services the day to day needs of the client through system management and customer service. Success is achieved through exceptional organizational skills, communication skills, and detail.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Primary responsibility is to service dealers and auction clients.
Process new loans within established cutoff and/or turn times.
Manage titles coming from auctions and sending titles to dealers upon payoffs or on a title release within established cutoff and/or turn times.
Reconcile monthly lot audit inspections and communicate results to management.
Assure that dealers maintain compliance with their agreement and exercise collection skills when necessary.
Provide best in class customer service to dealers and auctions.
Develop a thorough understanding of the bank's policies, processes and procedures.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Automotive financing or Banking experience preferred
Able to effectively and professionally communicate with clients and internal team members.
Self-motivated, independent and able to effectively utilize training and resource materials.
Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word
Effectively prepare or review of documents and reports using Microsoft Office based products, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and internal work queues at a satisfactory pace.

Commits to an exceptional level of time management and organizational skills with the intention of streamlining the process
Assesses the needs and eligibility for funding streams in the community to provide linkage to needed services for clients including assistance with Medicaid (MA), Energy Assistance, Food Stamps, housing legal services and other community resources
Provide assistance with Request for Authorization service needs on the service plan
Utilizes discretionary judgement and interventions under the supervision of the appropriate CM in order to offer strategies and comprehensive suggestions inservice plan development
Recommend improvement for streamlining policies, procedures, data collection as well as client and provider relationships

Independently manages data entry into the electronic record as well as documents appropriate information as required

Requirements
Process new loans from approval to closing.
Prepare, email and track mail vote for WIF Board/Executive Committee loan approval.
Monitor and update internal lists tracking loansin process and mail vote to assist with internal organization and coordination.
Prepare and send closing instruction letters to title company and/or attorney.
Drafting/modifying loan documents, including loan agreements, promissory notes, mortgages/deeds of trust, and related documents and record mortgages and deeds of trust in 50 states using CSC or similar electronic systems, as necessary.
Review surveys and title commitments in preparation for closing.
Review credit files, loan proposals or commitment letters, loan approvals, church/District approvals, loan checklists, loan documents, and any other related documents in preparation for closing to ensure approval conditions were met and file completeness.
Communicate with churches, title companies and attorneys (phone and email).
Set-up loan closing and hand off all required documents to the Loan Funding Manager for wiring of funds and booking loans to the organization's Core system.
Review loan documents and provide guidance to other Loan Closing Managers to ensure all aspects of the loan closing are within the organization's loan operation guidelines.
Scan and index all loan documentation.
Assist with the ongoing monitoring and management of loan collateral and security, including but not limited to insurance coverage, UCC filings, preparation and/or review of partial mortgage releases, satisfaction of mortgages, and sending ‘paid in full' documents to churches.
Assist in training new Loan Closing Managers.
