JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under limited supervision performs a wide variety of specialized, complex tasks in support of the customized -business requirements of a Sales team. Overarching responsibilities include interpretation and execution of Newmark Sales and Marketing department operational policies and procedures. This position retains latitude in formulation and implementation of new procedures and processes within the Sales team that are consistent with corporate objectives. Maintain confidentiality of Sales, Marketing, Client, and proprietary information and data in all communications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Participates in the formulation and strategy for marketing properties and expanding business.
Creates and produces electronic and/or direct marketing campaigns for sale or lease of properties to include customized property information materials, comparable market analyses, market and industry research, and targeted mailing lists.
Assesses team and client needs to determine appropriate methodology, format, and medium in creating marketing and presentation materials.
Supports Sales team members in the implementation of business marketing strategies for clients upon closing of sale.
Manages and updates marketing infrastructure which may include a database system, intranet, and external web site, including data on all prospects.
Determines data requirements and provides direction to a centralized function within the Sales team environment and/or Research, Financial Analysis, Marketing, etc.
Conceptualizes and develops the design of flyers, property brochures, proposals or offering memoranda for the purpose of closing sales.
Develops and catalogs business intelligence for assigned sales team.
Sources Investment properties and brokerage investors by researching local and national databases. Tracks and reports on investor responses and communications.
Audits and manages the update and maintenance of office transactions to include listings and sales.
Analyzes competitive and industry information and provides data and recommendations to the team.
Provides client services that enhance and expand business.
Actively participates in client meetings.
Conducts property tours for clients; shows space and discusses property specifications.
Regularly Interfaces with client, resolving complex issues, providing technical, marketing, or other information as requested.
Responds to pricing and/or non-routine or more complex inquiries and develops proposals in collaboration with team members.
May perform other duties as assigned.
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business or related field required
Current real estate sales license for State where work is performed
5+ years' experience in progressively responsible professional level marketing, sales, or communication jobs
3+ years' experience in the Real Estate industry preferred
Demonstrates creativity and professionalism in presenting marketing and sales data for a diversified audience
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and website software skills
Excellent organizational, communication (written, oral, telephone), customer service and public relations skills required.
Highly developed presentation skills; demonstrated ability to present materials and some complex information effectively in both one-on-one and group situations
Demonstrates problem solving, decision making, and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks, and meet stringent deadlines
Must possess excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; Ability to speak clearly and persuasively, as well as listen and respond well to inquiries. Demonstrate high level of group presentation skills and effectively present numerical data.

SALARY:
$81,000-$90,000 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $81,000-$90,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to the base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).

The work is strenuous and sometimes hazardous, with the vessel operating in all types of weather conditions.

Weigh, pack, label, stack and place the product into freezers

Essential Duties

The factory operates 24 hours a day with production personnel assigned to shifts of 12-16 hours, seven days a week, throughout the duration of the contract. All team members must follow instructions and work together effectively. Basic English is essential for understanding safety and emergency protocols.

Perform specific treatments such as sulfuric/chromic acid dips on 75 ST parts formed on Cerro Bend. Apply alodine touch-ups or chromadize as required.

Start generators, operate control panels, and utilize overhead cranes to load/unload tanks and transfer processed items between stations.
Strip anodizing from racks using caustic soda and nitric acid. Clean tanks, crocks, and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Mark, oil, wrap, and route completed parts according to drawings or work orders. Ensure correct parts are matched to work orders and transferred to Quality Assurance (QA) for inspection.
Handle and dispose of hazardous materials (e.g., alodine, acids, solvents) in accordance with safety procedures. Complete all required on-the-job training and maintain necessary certifications.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
May do any one of the following:
Defrost:
Unload trailers full of palletized meat using a pallet jack.
Remove frozen meat from boxes, bag and seal the individual bags of meat using the M-tec sealing machine and stack the bagged and sealed meat onto racks.
Remove fresh meat from boxes and stage the meat in tubs for slicing.
Load racks in to defrost tempering houses.
Set up and start the houses to begin the thaw process and continue to monitor the houses throughout the thawing process until the house is thawed and ready for slicing.
Responsible for unloading the houses and staging thawed meat for slicing.
Clean the racks and tempering houses with chemicals to meet SSOP and food safety standards.
Spice/Batching:
Prepare work area by assembling and setting up workstations.
Ensure that correct spices are used and properly recorded in a timely manner.
Maintain housekeeping standards and account for all inedible products.
Assist in the production of jerky/sausage by removing batches from tempering room to kitchen. Bring in the correct spices for product production and add spices following standard mixing procedures.
Stage meat to be used by removing meat from carton, making sure that all foreign material (cardboard, plastic, etc.) is removed and that all proper handling procedures are followed.
As directed, perform basic maintenance to equipment, maintain cleanliness of equipment and clean equipment as necessary.
Prepare meat samples for lab by drilling meat for fat analysis following standard A.M.I. drilling procedures and providing all necessary identification of sample (purchase order number, lot number, brand, etc.).
Continuous Line/Hanging/Screening:
Ensure proper identification of product by recording weights of tubs/totes with proper batch number and ingredient ticket weights.
Responsible for monitoring manual and continuous line workstations to ensure that each station has adequate meat supplies to ensure production flow.
Load carts with meat filled tub and bring to workstations to supply meat as needed.
Track each tub that is dumped at the workstation to ensure that employee efficiencies are accurately recorded.
Responsible for performing job duties in compliance with all GMP's and following all company safety standards.
Assist with Raw Processor 1 functions when necessary.

Coastal Villages Seafoods, a division of Coastal Villages Region Fund, is currently seeking applications for Seafood Processors aboard our longline vessels. PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Crew member must be capable of working consecutive, long and variable work shifts for extended periods of time. Shifts typically range from 12 to 16 hours per day with periodic breaks depending on work demands, production requirements, availability of fish, and travel schedules.
The work is strenuous and sometimes hazardous due to exposure to operating machinery, mechanical parts, fumes, chemicals, pressurized fluids, vibration and with the vessel operating under all types of weather conditions including extreme cold. This means standing, walking and maintaining balance in rough seas or other types of weather.
Both hands must be capable of grabbing, holding or gripping rope, rails, equipment and vessel structures for frequent periods of time. Forceful grasping along with repetitive finger and hand use is occasional.
Applicant must also be able to sit and crawl on a limited basis, and squat, crouch, and kneed occasionally. Applicants must be able to climb up and down, safely ascend and descend ladders, work in small and confined spaces, and pass all safety test requirements.
Applicants must be able to constantly lift 20-50 pounds from floor to waist, waist to shoulder, and above the shoulder. Must also be able to constantly push, pull, and carry 20-50 pounds, and on a limited basis push and pull up to 100 pounds.
Specific vision requirements for this position are that the applicant needs to have peripheral, distance and depth perception abilities. Candidate also needs the ability to determine shades, colors and shadows.

Perform a thorough review and analysis of borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets as required by the loan program before submitting to underwriting.
Assemble the complete loan package in proper order for underwriting.
Verify all required documentation (pre-underwrite) in the file.
Complete the required loan checklist.
Verify that an application is complete and accurate; identify any potential issues that may arise in underwriting.
Prepare a loan approval summary, Forms 1008 and 1003, and ensure the accuracy of all the information printed on the documents; communicate directly with the Loan Originator, customer, and Underwriter to obtain initial and any missing documentation required to qualify for the loan.
Review loans for compliance with all mortgage-related regulations (RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg. B, etc.) and prepare required disclosures.
Communicate with various companies to obtain Property Survey, Flood Certificate, Title Commitment, and payoff information.
Verify that vendor orders are complete, invoices are received and in the applicant's E-file.
Manage pipeline by completing and submitting reports within allotted turn-around times.
Assist set-up of loans.
Document all communication related to the loan application in the conversation log.
Train and assist supervision of new Loan Processors and other processing personnel.
Assist closing, secondary marketing, and loanservicing to obtain and clear outstanding suspense items from CrossCountry Mortgage investors.
Available to work varying hours and overtime if needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience.
Experience with Encompass.
Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including but not limited to Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements, and loan documents, preferred.
Knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows.
Excellent math and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.

Position Summary
The position of Junior Consumer Loan Processor is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate preparation and packaging of consumer loans from the beginning of the application to funding by working closely with the Mortgage Loan Originator(s) and Fintech partners through the entire loan process. Essential Duties

* Maintain a pipeline of loans and is responsible for the timely and compliant flow of such loans through the process.
