Responsibilities Include: Familiarity with various credit unions' loan policy and procedures so the credit union clients servicing requirements are met following safe and soundness principals. Utilize appropriate software (PCFS 2000 &Ncino) to manage the insurance and collateral tracking processes. Pleasant interpersonal and skills necessary for projecting a positive image as representative of the CUSO and interacting with staff members of credit unions, and managing routine customer service tasks. Requires proficiency in the use of loan servicing platforms, loan documentation platforms, Word, and Excel programs. Requires professional, well-developed interpersonal skills essential for interacting with credit union executives while projecting a positive image as representative of the CUSO. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES · Performs Post-Closing process, interpret loan documents and boards all originated loan products and acquired loans; · Ensures all loan document packages are complete and follows up with lending positions or third party originators on exceptions; · Runs system edit reports and pass new loans into production on the McCracken system; · Performs after-pass functions such as adding/changing applicable codes and boards non-critical loan information (Phase 2) to the McCracken system; · Prepares e-forms to process escrow and reserve funds on newly boarded and acquired loans; · Communicates with Client Relations (Agency/CMBS/Private Label) to understand new products and ensure proper coding when boarding to the McCracken system and communicates with Loan Administration (Tax/Insurance/Reserves) to notify them of time-sensitive/critical issues; · Keeps abreast of new products and ensures proper coding when analyzing loans for upload to the McCracken system; · Supports incoming acquired loan servicing including coordination with the prior servicer, preparation of Mapping Tool spreadsheets for bulk boarding of acquired loan portfolios, uploading the Mapping Tool spreadsheet to pass loans to production, and the reconciliation of and application of funds to the acquired loans; · Performs all tasks in support of outgoing transfers of servicing, including coordination with the successor servicer, the timely delivery of data files and electronic documents, wire transfer of funds, and bulk coding of transferred loans on the system; · Reviews loan modification documents to identify system changes required by the modification; tracks modifications in the MTS system, and submits forms to adjust the loan consistent with the modified terms. Files correspondence and other records in preparation for imaging; · Completes Welcome Letters, review and print out emails with Interest Only calculations to prepare ARM Welcome Letters; · Monitors and maintains New Loan Boarding and Acquisitions/Conversions shared mailboxes; · Provides support to staff with the ET transfer process for loading loans electronically; · Assists with duties as relates to processing and returning corrected specially serviced CMBS, Agency and third party loan modifications; · Interacts with attorneys, borrower, loan officer, investor and servicing confirm ordering of third party reports. Qualifications PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS · Two years previous experience in a similar position, preferred; · Real Estate experience preferred (Commercial Real Estate experience a plus); · Experience in and understand of how loans are set up, the supporting workflow, etc.; · Experience reading, reviewing, and comprehending legal documentation, preferably related to commercial loans; · Required proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - and McCracken experience preferred. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Empty, fill, sort, & organize product according to the appropriate operating procedures/requirements, paying close attention to vendor name, purchase order, UPC, and/or destination * Perform one or more functions within the order fulfillment process within HighJump and/or AS400 * Maintains inventory controls & accuracy by systemically/physically receiving and/or locating product within the distribution center * Inspect, classify, & report product defects and damages to the appropriate associate to ensure inventory accuracy and quality * Lift, stack, & transport cartons onto pallets, carts, & conveyors manually using proper lifting & operating procedures * Responsible for the proper handling & safe use of all Company owned property, tools, & equipment, including PPE, power/voice equipment, etc. * Maintains a clean, orderly, & safe work environment * Conducts duties in compliance with OSHA safety standards & location specific policies, paying special attention to pedestrian/equipment traffic. * Promote safety at all times & report violations to the appropriate leader * Communicates problems/concerns to the appropriate DC Lead, Supervisor, and/or Operations Area Manager. * Cross-train to perform one or more functions within multiple departments to assist within other areas based on the needs of the department, facility, & Company * Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to support workload requirements * Other duties as instructed by leadership, including various duties performed within DC Material Handler and/or DC Processor roles, which the associate is trained and skilled to perform * Must flex to other departments, as needed Required Skills: * Excellent hand-eye coordination skills * Ability to read, recognize, & follow applicable numbers/directives (verbal/written), including safety rules, operating instructions, racking locations, & procedural documents * Able to follow policies & procedures that are written/verbally provided. * Understand basic math skills to ensure inventory & order processing accuracy (Count, add, subtract, etc. numbers) * Ability to perform duties independently, & as part of a team, with minimal supervision or guidance * Frequent bending, lifting, walking, pushing, pulling of freight, standing for long periods of time & sometimes working in extreme temperatures * Lift & stack cartons onto pallets and conveyors using proper lifting & operating procedures * Safely utilize manually operated equipment (i.e. pallet jack, rolling conveyor, pick cart, totes, hand truck) to transport cartons or other items by means of pushing, pulling, lifting, or carrying Experience: * 1+ years of warehouse, distribution, logistics, or fulfillment experience helpful but not required Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working within an automated conveyor-based operation * Experience with computer/barcode driven inventory management systems * Prior knowledge of WMS functions * Skilled using a RF scanner Education: High School diploma or equivalent

Coordinate attorney review of loan documentation and settlement, if applicable Book/board all new loans along with any changes, adjustments and amendments to existing notes, and disburse on each loan/line/lease as outlined by disbursement instructions on the PCFS 2000 Loan Manager system with minimal errors Track and resolve document exceptions on closed loans booked on the PCFS 2000 loan system. Maintain the tickler maintenance (financial statement updates, insurance certificates, UCC re-filing etc) on each loan booked/boarded on the appropriate systems. Prepare annual letters requesting updated financial and insurance information for each member business loan. Perform a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of department procedures.
