About the Role
Join our team as a Store Processor where you'll play a crucial role in processing and preparing donated goods for sale in our thrift stores. This position combines warehouse operations, merchandising, and mission-driven work to support The Salvation Army's community programs.

Create and process ACH transfers.
Payoffs & Lien Releases
Generate, verify, and deliver payoff quotes within service standards.

Prepare, file, and track lien releases and satisfactions with appropriate state/local agencies; ensure titles are properly released and collateral documents are returned.

Education & Experience
Required:
Experience in a banking or financial services environment.

Duties and responsibilities
Provide exceptional service to all customers.
Process credit loan applications and use product knowledge to present loan solutions to current and potential customers.

Minimize delinquent debt through calling customers and collecting on past-due accounts.
