**NATURE AND SCOPE:**
Reports to the Manager, Consumer Loan Member Support. Engages with members and potential members who have applied for consumer loan products through the branch, call center, and online/digital channels. Gather, prepare, and process all necessary documentation through these channels for consumer loan applications. Effectively manages the communication between all required parties through closing process including Borrower, Attorneys, Credit Team, Sales Team, Construction Team and Compliance Team.
