    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure all cash, and shadow cash is posted to the loan record within all timeliness and accuracy standards. Review and process invoices Order and process the ordering of collateral documents. Review restructure documents and checklist(s) and ensure that all modified loan terms are complete, accurate and consistent with servicing policies. Ensure the system of record reconciles to the outstanding indebtedness for all loan types. Demonstrate in depth understanding of the system of record to include but not limited to; capitalizations, deferments, waivers, payments in kind, consolidations, rate changes, default date / rate changes, due date changes, and expense reallocations. Reconcile clearing and custodial bank account activity where necessary. Display a strong sense of urgency regarding clearing applicable unapplied amounts from loan level suspense. Work closely with Asset Managers, Bankruptcy department, and Billing to research and resolve any discrepancies with the loan documents or system of record. Send clear and concise communications to all stakeholders detailing the nature of all changes in loan terms, and cash application. Ensure applicable documents are uploaded to the system of record as necessary. Resolve complex loan issues, ensuring the system of record reflects the loan terms per the applicable loan documents. Promptly comply with all audit requests related to the reconciliation of the system of record to the applicable loan documents. Process incoming invoices for prompt approval and payment Process non transfer request for a timely review and response. SPECIFICATIONS: Associate degree in business management or real estate is preferred or equivalent work experience. 2 years of experience with mortgage servicing, cash processing and relevant industry practices Commercial mortgage servicing related experience is strongly preferred. Experience reviewing and analyzing commercial loan documents; specifically, waterfall for payment application. Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills. Commitment to professional and personal excellence/achievement Ability to work independently in a multi-tasking environment. Ability to work flexible hours based on daily production. Mandatory month end attendance Strong team player Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to details Excellent PC skills, including word processing & spreadsheet applications. Evening and weekend work is at times required. This position is expected to perform the specific duties, tasks, and responsibilities as outlined below: * Receives incoming consumer loan closing and title requests in the Bank's consumer loan origination system, including, but not limited to the following loan types: * HELOC's * Manufactured Homes with no land * Modifications * Reviews loan approval, supporting documentation, and Bank systems to determine that the appropriate due diligence is completed prior to sending loan request to consumer loan closing. The review process would include, but not limited to the following: loan approval documents, determination of HMDA eligibility for transactions, flood determinations, title work, insurance documents (including communicating the with insurance company), Settlement Statements/HUD/Closing Statements, funding documentation, initial disclosures, titling information, purchase contracts, entity documentation, appraisals. * Requests documentation from Customer and/or Lender as applicable to the loan submission. * Order third party services including, but not limited to, tax transcripts, title work, flood determination, survey, payoffs, vin verification, and insurance declarations information. * Obtain all required conditions as established by underwriting. * Keep Customer and Lender updated on document requests and loan status using verbal and written (electronic) communication practices. * Coordinates closing date with Lender, Customer and/or Closing Agent * Manage pipeline of consumer real estate applications to meet department Service Level Agreements while meeting critical loan dates to provide an exceptional level of service to Customers and Lenders. * Ensure the consumer loan origination system data is entered accurately and timely. * Submit a complete and accurate loan file to Consumer loan closing. * Other duties as assigned by management.
