    This position is responsible for helping walk-in customers in need for loans. In addition, this position manages relationships, sources applications, and educates customers in regard to the loan and loan process all in accordance with federal and state regulations. Other responsibilities include the following: Consults borrowers about loan products. Provides the support and assistance to borrowers during the application process. Develops and maintains relationships for a continual steam of origination volume. Assess customer needs, recommends appropriate loan/mortgage products, and advises on expectations regarding loan documentation requirements. Analyze finance and related data to establish creditworthiness. Collects application fees, submits loan applications for processing and underwriting. Acts as primary contact for customers through loan closing. Participates in joint calling efforts with other team members. Reviews and prepares documentation for loan renewals as they become due.
