* Conduct a complete and accurate payoff transaction.
* Produce reports as required.
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

* Requires High School diploma or equivalent and some previous banking or loan processing experience or other directly related experience.
* A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements.

The Loan Specialist is responsible for the ongoing review of all consumer loans originated and processed within the company. The primary purpose of the review is to assure that approved underwriting guidelines are being complied with by all authorized lending personnel.
*Essential Functions*

* Responsible for conducting the daily “quality control” functions for consumer lending.
