Base pay is one part of our total compensation package for an ACES Lending Officers. The base hourly rate for this role is $15/hour during training; in addition to a monthly per origination bonus incentive once you are licensed and talking to customers. Post ACES Training, you will move to our Licensed Lending Officer position which is comprised of an hourly minimum wage plus lucrative bonus structure based on fundings. If you were to transition to a Licensed Lending Officer-there would be a new compensation structure shared at that time.
