Establishes relationships with members and participants for terms conforming to agency relationship as specified in the loan documents. Prioritizes competing demands and timeframes. * Understands loan documentation for participation/syndication loans and be able to read and interpret complex Credit Agreements. * Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely funding requests. Requests and collects funds from participant and member banks. * Post fees, charges and interest payments when received. Works with Agent bank and/or member banks to reconcile transactions.
