Position Summary:
SolomonEdwards is looking for a Home Loan Specialist II for one of its mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

Essential Duties:
- Perform complex data and document validation.
- Troubleshoot third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.).

* Coordinates WyIR User group surveys and meetings to establish an interactive exchange of information about WyIR's needs related to interoperability.
* Document user-reported problems and resolutions in an issue-tracking log.
* Works closely with Healthcare Providers and Vendors to gather, interpret, and document requirements related to successful interoperability processes.
* Identifies and quickly resolves or, if needed, escalates issues, provides resolutions, and communicates timely status updates.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE:
* Understanding of Information Technology conceptual terms, capabilities, and practices, including excellent computer skills with an emphasis on: MS Access, Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Google Applications.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize job tasks, meet required timelines, and adapt to changing demands.
* Knowledge and understanding of the teaching principles and nature of automated business information systems and processes.
* Skills in analytical and critical thinking.
* Skills in customer service.
* Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with co-workers, providers, superiors, and vendors;
* Knowledge of principles and practices of immunization and public health.
* Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Bachelor's Degree (typically in Records or Data Management)
Experience:
0-2 years of progressive work experience (typically in Records and Data Management) with acquired knowledge at the level of a Records & Data Management Specialist I

Your responsibilities as a To Go Specialist will include, but are not limited to:
Welcoming guests and greeting every guest with a smile
Suggestively selling drink, appetizer, and dessert options
Accurately taking food and drink orders and entering orders into the POS system
Assembling prepared food and drink orders in appropriate packaging to ensure orders are complete and safe for guests to transport
