Assumes all the essential duties of the Funding, Interface Upload of the consumer loans, and the manual input to the Fiserv System in addition to the following:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Works closely with Consumer Documentation to ensure all loan file input to Core is complete and accurate.
Uses specialized communication software (Quest) to communicate loan status to Consumer Lenders.
Disburses loan proceeds via wire or check.
Uploads all closed loans into core system including AFT requests, rate change dates/reminders, collateral, etc., and ensures the upload is completed successfully.
If applicable, copies and files mortgage through Commonwealth Credit Services.
Verifies all disclosures are received from agent and documents are signed properly.
Using the Loan Checklist prepared by Underwriter, organizes and files documents to a Shared Folder.
Promotes business for the Bank by maintaining good customers relations and refers customers to appropriate staff for new services as necessary
Maintains prescribed security measures and controls intended to protect the bank against criminal and fraudulent operations and unnecessary risk or exposure
Performs other duties as assigned.

EMM Loans LLC is seeking ambitious Referral Loan Officers to join our growing Midwest teams! Work alongside a strong, experienced leader and learn from the best in the business.
In this role, you'll market and originate residential mortgage loans, build relationships with individuals and professional organizations, and guide clients through the entire mortgage process-from application to closing. You'll help clients achieve their homeownership goals while evaluating loan applications to ensure financial readiness.

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced loan administrator to join our team at our Twinsburg, OH Branch (9057 Darrow Road, Twinsburg, OH 44087). Responsibilities
* Take equity line/loan and/or mortgage applications
* Carry a pipeline of loans application through closing
* Open depository accounts (checkings, savings, certificate of deposit, IRAs)
* Assist customers with banking transactions on the platform, in the teller area, and/or over the phone
* Ability to work in all areas of the branch
Requirements
* High school graduate or equivalent
* 2 years of recent experience managing a pipeline of equity and/or mortgage loans
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Professional grammar and demeanor
* Positive, proactive, and friendly interpersonal skills
* Retail bank teller experience preferred

Our anticipated pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00 per hour. At Third Federal, we're committed to transparency throughout the hiring process.
