middle market manufacturing organizations for over 11 years. Jackson was also an Employee Benefit

Plan Audit Specialist for defined contribution and defined benefit plans.

Jackson left public accounting for the next phase of his career in the automotive industry. Jackson spent

7 years as the Corporate Controller for a Tier 1 / Tier 2 automotive supplier (E&E Manufacturing), a privately owned company specializing primarily in automotive metal stampings, assemblies, and fasteners. In this role, Jackson restructured bank credit agreements, established repetitive forecasting processes, managed financial and cash concerns during rapid company growth, evaluated sales quotes for financial viability, and lead or provided support for numerous companywide objectives across multiple departments.

As CFO of Loc Performance, Jackson is responsible for the overall financial strategy and management of

the Company. Key responsibilities include treasury and tax, internal and external financial reporting,

financial and U.S. Government audit requirements, financial planning and analysis, and Federal

Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS)

compliance. In addition, he is strongly committed to maximizing company value while also pursuing an

aggressive growth objective.

Throughout his nearly 20‐year career, Jackson has established himself as a business leader with diverse

experience in financial management and corporate strategy.
