Expect to work at least 10-12+ hours/ day and 5-6 days/ week unless our jobs are postponed or canceled due to weather. Starting pay is $21-24/ hr depending on experience, and pay increases are at the discretion of the owner and fleet manager based on the driver's job performance. Employees will safely load, properly secure, safely transport, and promptly deliver products to the customer. Employee will represent Marjenn Trucking and FCI Group & Related Parties in an efficient, courteous, service-oriented manner throughout the delivery process.
