Key Responsibilities: - Safely operate refrigerated trailers across the 11 western states - Transport perishable goods to various destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. - Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure road worthiness. - Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and inspections. - Load and unload cargo as necessary. - Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers. - Adhere to DOT regulations and company safety standards. - Promptly report any vehicle maintenance needs or issues. - Deliver products in a timely and professional manner. Qualifications: - Valid Class A CDL obtained from a minimum 120-hour CDL course. - No prior driving experience required; paid training will be provided. - Clean driving record with no major violations. - Familiarity with western U.S. routes and terrain is a plus. - Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards. - Ability to operate GPS and other navigation tools. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Willingness to work a 2-week on, 2-day off schedule.
