Job Responsibilities
+ Perform safe and legal operation of commercial motor vehicles.
+ Check shipping papers to determine if the load complies with all required regulations.
+ Maintain records required for compliance with state and federal regulations.

Essential Functions:
Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
Learn and support all routes. Run routes as needed for holidays, vacations or other vacancies.

GENERAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. MENTAL DEMANDS: Working in an office/site requires prolonged sitting at the computer workstation; standing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 40lbs. and some driving. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, calculators, telephones, and other office equipment. It is also required to regularly sit, speak, and listen, the employee is also required to walk, use hands and fingers to type, operate equipment, and maintain records and notes. Responsibilities and duties:
Possess the ability to drive and operate a large box truck
Demonstrate outstanding customer service to all donors and customers
Build safe and efficient truckloads of donations using company operational standards
Help build, sustain, maintain donation box sites and routes for donation collections
Assist in the future development of routes, donation box and trailer site placements
Maintain clean and orderly donation sites and routes based on company operational protocols and standards
Work safely and efficiently in loading and unloading trucks and trailers

Qualifications:
