The Practice
Adventist Health Lodi Memorial - Lodi, California
A 214-bed hospital which supports 10 med/surg ICU beds and six (6) ORs.
The group staffs multiple outpatient facilities, all within a short drive of the hospital.
In-house OB.
The pediatric population is healthy, and the laboring patients are generally low risk.
The surgical staff is facile with the two da Vinci robots onsite, taking the next step in laparoscopic surgery.
Same-day surgery cases for additional positions that dilute the call burden.
Case mix includes orthopedics, general surgery, gynecological surgery, urology, ENT, and labor & delivery.
No trauma, no cardiac, and no neurosurgery. No pressure to publish. There are no take back hearts or strokes for clot retrieval.
Minor trauma (i.e., ground level falls) and while there are emergencies, they tend to be urgent, not emergent.

POSITION SUMMARY:
To serve our customers by safely and efficiently transporting product from the warehouse by driving a tractor trailer to various customers and properly delivering and unloading product according to customer invoices and company standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Safely transports product from the warehouse to the customer location and ensures product is delivered on a timely basis, according to assigned route.
Unloads product from trailer, by hand or using hand cart down ramps, stairs, or docks, in all weather conditions and places in designated customer storage areas according to customer specifications and company standards (e.g. handling product according to preferred work methods, scanning product as it is delivered into the store).
Picks up, loads and unloads damaged goods and customer returns, and transports products back to SYGMA warehouse.

StandardAero is seeking a motivated, eager, and innovative student to join our EHS team for the 2026 summer term.
We are looking for 1 Intern for the Summer of 2026.
As an intern at StandardAero, you will gain hands-on industry experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with our teams that raise the standard of excellence. Over the course of your 12+ week internship, you will have the opportunity to:
Support chemical inventory management and waste water initiatives
Assist with EHS program development and process improvements
Help develop training materials and support safety inspections
Contribute to administrative and project-based tasks
Spend approximately 10-20% of time on the manufacturing floor
Job Duties:
The ideal candidate may be involved in one or many of the following:
Conducting chemical inventory tracking and supporting waste management initiatives
Supporting the development and implementation of EHS programs and policies
Assisting in creating and updating training materials for EHS programs
Conducting inspections and helping identify process improvements
Providing administrative support for ongoing EHS projects
Other projects as assigned
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
Basic understanding of OSHA and EPA regulations
Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage projects
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

The workflow will include accurate and timely processing of payments for 3 entities (all related), audit assistance, gathering and maintaining adequate and accurate documentation, vendor communication, and payment management of all vendor accounts
Duties and Responsibilities
Reviews all invoices and gather appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
Reconciles vendor statements and researches discrepancies
Answers all vendor inquiries
Maintains all AP reports, spreadsheets, and accounts payable files
Maintains accurate coding to the general ledger for all cost components to vendor invoices
Manages purchase order processing, receiving, and posting in the accounting system
Assists Controller and other accounting staff as necessary
Understands and complies with all company policies and procedures and asks for guidance where direct guidance is not expressly given
Manages and processes all 1099 transactions
Manages sales and use tax payable by the company
Tracks and manages company vehicles and insurance-related issues
Prepares analysis of accounts, as required
Performs filing and copying
Performs other duties as assigned

Research information needed for completing documents
