Summary of Primary Functions
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven BusinessAnalyst III/IV to join our growing team. This role will serve as a strategic liaison between business units and technical/data teams, ensuring that the credit union's operational needs, member experience goals, and strategic objectives are translated into actionable, data-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring years of hands-on experience in credit union lending and deposit operations, with a deep understanding of how these functions work, what drives their success, and how they are measured. Skills and Abilities

8+ years of experience in lending and deposit operations within a credit union or similar financial institution is preferred.

Strong understanding of credit union product lines, operational workflows, and performance metrics.
Knowledgeable in SQL, with strong hands-on experience in data querying and manipulation.
Skills in Tableau or Power BI for creating dashboards and interactive reports.
Strong understanding of business process mapping and optimization techniques.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.

Duties and Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with internal teams to collect, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.
Performance Analysis: Evaluate department and product-specific performance; develop KPIs and dashboards with minimal oversight to monitor business health, particularly in lending and deposit operations.
Program & Campaign Optimization: Analyze program performance (e.g., member referral programs) and make recommendations for improvement based on profitability and effectiveness.
Growth Strategy Support: Recommend KPIs, metrics, and data models to support growth strategies, especially within lending and deposit portfolios.
Process Mapping: Document and map out current-state and future-state business processes to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
Business Planning: Partner with internal departments, especially Lending and Deposit Operations to generate actionable business plans and strategies that support operational and growth objectives.
Data Visualization & Reporting: Create insightful dashboards and visual reports using tools like Oracle BI, Tableau or Power BI.
SQL & Data Interpretation: Use SQL to query data from various systems and interpret complex data sets to generate clear, strategic insights.
Member Engagement Analysis: Support the evaluation of member behavior, retention, and engagement to inform experience and outreach initiatives.

As a manufacturing expert, your mission is to ensure customers successfully implement the Plex Smart Manufacturing Platform and develop the customer team into self-sufficient Plex experts. You will use your experience in ERP, MES, Materials Management, Supply Chain, Accounting or Quality to provide consulting leadership to customers within the manufacturing industry. You will report to the Manager, Professional Service - Plex.

Your Responsibilities:
Provide multi-faceted services for customers including: new implementation; solution optimization design and implementation; packaged services; product and services expansion projects
Engage in customer kick-off meetings: review project expectations, deliverables, and training timelines
Build formal and informal relationships with customers and internal team members
Monitor and deliver to a mutually agreed project plan and implementation timeline
Gather and create accurate requirements for software configuration designed to meet the true business needs of the customer
Gather information, research and manage customer support requests from creation to completion
Communicate appropriate options for resolution and status in a timely manner
Collaborate with Support Services to resolve customer support requests

**Salary and Other Compensation**
Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
The annual salary is $75,000.00, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
**Location**
New hires will be aligned to the Cognizant office in **Plano, TX,** where you will work alongside other experienced Cognizant associates. Applicants must be willing to relocate to this major geographic area.

SAIC is seeking a forward-thinking Instruction Systems Analyst to join an integrated team conducting a Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA) at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH.

The analysis and recommendations will directly shape the future training systems for specialized Air Force Aircraft Maintainers and Controllers, ensuring alignment with competency-based training models, learning engineering principles and evolving training methodologies.
The Instructional Systems Analyst will:
Develop & Assess Training Programs\: Evaluate Air Force Aircraft Operations & Maintenance training programs to align with mission needs, competency frameworks, and evolving learning methodologies.
Integrate and analyze task analysis inputs from multiple vendors, perform DIF analysis, and translate results into training requirements, learning objectives, and curriculum structure.
Refine and expand Training System Requirements Analysis (TSRA) documents\: Conduct detailed training needs assessments, define training system requirements, and support the development of competency-driven training solutions.
Simulation & Emerging Training Technologies\: Research and integrate future simulation-based training technologies into course design, aligning with adaptive learning methodologies and media selection criteria.
Guide vendors in developing curriculum and media, ensuring products align with instructional standards, TSRA outputs, and government program requirements.
Course Content Validation\: Work alongside SMEs and government stakeholders to review, validate, and refine course materials ensuring compliance with training standards and Air Force operational needs.
Collaboration & Strategy Development\: Engage with instructional system developers, training engineers, and Air Force functional organizations to enhance learning strategies and course effectiveness.
Support LMS and training solution evaluation efforts by gathering requirements, comparing platform capabilities, and preparing findings for government review.
Required Education, Experience, Skills, & Attributes:
A bachelor's degree and 10 years or relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree.
Experience in Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Learning Engineering, or Training Systems Engineering.
Experience developing Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) training programs, including simulator-based training, mission scenarios, or operator proficiency.
Collaboration skills for working with a multidisciplinary team, including system administrators, engineers, and SMEs.
Prior experience as an instructor, or training developer, gap and task analysis.
Must be a U.S. citizen and actively possess Top-Secret Clearance.
