The individual in this role will serve as a lead process engineer within the Photolithography Workcenter, which will focus primarily on supporting the production line by managing KPIs and SPC, as well as managing yield improvement and RCCA efforts supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of photolithography and specifically how it applies to compound semiconductor devices. They would also demonstrate the ability to analyze the data and clearly communicate results with process and development engineers. Further, they would have experience leading and managing process improvement projects. The candidate will support the operational goals of the facility through developing and supporting a robust photolithography processes.
The candidate should have a general understanding of the overall techniques involved in semiconductor wafer fabrication and integration, with some experience of analog device processing. Experience with statistical analysis software such as JMP, Minitab, R, etc. is preferred.

• Acting as the primary CLS point of contact for RSADF operational leaders, providing clear status and advice on THAAD maintenance.
• Supervising and directing the daily work of 2 5 CLS personnel to ensure compliance with U.S. Army Material Maintenance Management concepts and procedures.
• Delivering field and sustainment level maintenance support for THADF equipment, including troubleshooting beyond the Enhanced Operator/Maintainer (EOM) level.
• Managing the RSADF maintenance and sustainment program: scheduling services, overseeing system upgrades, and coordinating modifications.
• Preparing and delivering transition training so RSADF maintainers assume full responsibility for the battery.
• Conducting daily maintenance briefings with the RSADF Commander (or designated rep) and reporting status and administrative requirements to senior leadership.
• Requesting Engineering Reach Back support for complex issues and ensuring rapid resolution.
• Maintaining open, candid communication channels with RSADF, U.S. Government representatives, and Lockheed Martin leadership to build trust and confidence.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $84,900 - $147,085. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
