This position will serve 100% on-site in Beavercreek, OH.
This position will be filled at either the Associate Circuit Design Engineer or Circuit Design Engineer level based on the qualifications below.
Tasks will include some or all the following:
Apply your skills as design engineer while learning about superconducting technology including NG's patented Reciprocal Quantum Logic (RQL).
Invent new circuit solutions and topologies utilizing superconducting Josephson Junction (JJ) devices.
Design, layout and verify custom integrated circuits in NG superconducting technologies.
Work with high-frequency simulation and Multiphysics software tools such as ANSYS (HFSS/Maxwell3D), ADS (Momentum), COMSOL, etc.
Collaborate with subject matter experts, product owners, and other team members to develop, document, and propagate best practices.
Develop execution plans and advocate for the implementation of tools for emerging simulation needs.

Basic Qualifications for Level 1:

Roles and Responsibilities
Performing technical work specific to electrical, equipment review, etc. Sign off on engineering design & certifications. Work with external vendors.
Make sure new designs meet GE Aerospace and industry standards for all regulatory and safety requirements.
Diagnose and resolve electrical and utility system issues to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.

Work together with business leadership at SPB and EB levels

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years Electrical Engineering experience + minimum of 3 years high voltage experience

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Execute with guidance various RCS Design, analysis, test, or hardware manufacturing support activities as assigned for Inlet/exhaust systems products
+ Assist in the development and execution of plans to achieve RCS design technical requirements
+ Assist in the development and execution of test planning, measurements, and data processing
+ Develop action plans and provide status for issue resolution and opportunity realization
+ Ensure proper documentation of technical RCS design, measurement campaigns, and inspections are generated for the assigned projects consistent with engineering policies and design practices
