+ **Budget and Operations Oversight:** Guide community budget usage, establish spend principles, and chair budget reviews to ensure prudent, consistent use of funds in partnership with Finance.
**E+D Culture & Inclusion - Specific Responsibilities**
+ **E+D D&I Strategy:** Define and execute a unified diversity and inclusion strategy for the E+D Division in alignment with Microsoft's values and goals, set community-wide D&I objectives and ensure local plans ladder up to Microsoft goals.
+ **Governance:** Chair the E+D D&I council and inclusion network workstreams, partner with Corporate D&I, and translate company-wide initiatives into actionable guidance for all business groups and sites.

Ability to develop executive level presentations including storyboarding and present to a CVP level audience. Ability to use out-of-the-box creative thinking to work through ambiguity and heighten awareness to increase engagement.
**Executive Stakeholder Engagement:** Interface with senior leaders (CVP/EVP-level sponsors), distill information into concise briefs, and present recommendations confidently. Track record of effective stakeholder management, navigating a matrix organization and balancing the needs of different groups (engineering, HR, finance, etc.). Diplomacy and the ability to represent the community professionally at all levels is expected.
**Cross-Team Collaboration:** We are looking for someone who is phenomenal at cross-team collaboration and emotional intelligence as well as someone who can demonstrate influence and impact skills. Able to build trust with site leaders and PMs, inspire a shared vision, and drive alignment without formal reporting lines. Experience chairing committees or communities of practice.

Job Description
As a Global Program Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of business strategies to maximize the success of large programs that drive Rockwell Connected Enterprise through Lifecycle solutions and services. * Work with regional teams on launch and deployment activities:

In this role, you will:
Build a world class software development team to consistently deliver complex software platforms and research projects of varying size and duration.
Software development will primarily support the advanced engine technology demonstrators.
Design and execute on a well thought out strategy for the organization
Actively present leadership updates to GE executive sponsors and customers.
Work with others to define future technology platforms and architecture for products and services.
Provide day to day work direction for team members engaged in projects and delivery.
Facilitate and coach software engineering teams on requirements estimate and work sizing.
Demonstrate mastery of interactions within dynamic agile cultures and processes.
Drive a continuous learning culture to help guide continuous improvements.
Provide leadership and coaching on FLIGHTDECK principles.
Actively pursue new methods and practices to increase productivity
Utilize project management tools to track progress and recognize key risk areas for specific implementations
Assist in the resolution of conflicting priorities through the proactive communication of requirements, timelines and stakeholders.
Operate as an engaged leader who serves as a subject matter and technical expert for assigned programs and development initiatives.
Work with systems leaders and functional teams to ensure products and services adhere to standards and meet end system functional goals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
Minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant domain
