Position Assignment: Flight Simulator Systems Admin for the F-35 program at RAF Lakenheath, UK.
The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the Lockheed Martin training team to fulfill F-35 training objectives at RAF Lakenheath, UK.
This position will support the sustainment, maintenance, and operation of F-35 training devices. Provide technical and operational services to support electronic and mechanical devices used for training personnel under simulated flying conditions. Troubleshoots complex technical IT problems and issues, determines technical solution. Maintain simulator documentation to include drawings, instructions, parts and software listings, by keeping them current, edited, and revised for future releases. Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, sets up administrator and user accounts, maintains current system documentation, tunes system performance, installs system wide software, and allocates mass storage space. Performs workstation Network Administration on all networks and ensures compliance to include upgrading, patching, and conducting weekly AV installs. Monitors policies and standards for all locations related to the use of computing resources and coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.

The Senior Casting Technology Manufacturing Engineer provides technical leadership for SX or equiax investment castings across the value stream. You will partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to drive root cause problem solving, improve producibility, increase productivity, and deliver on business objectives. **Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Provide process and product technical leadership for the Castings commodity, including SX or equiax investment castings.
+ Develop strong working relationships with casting supplier technical teams.
+ Partner with suppliers to identify and implement corrective actions to eliminate the cause and prevent recurrence.
+ Act as a change agent to advance world-class performance and standard work across the supply base.
+ Own supplier technical relationships; mentor suppliers on GE Aerospace processes, specifications, and methods; ensure compliance and capability.
+ Lead cross-functional problem solving, to identify true root cause and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.
+ Improve manufacturability through design-for-casting, specification clarity, and process capability improvements.
+ Clearly communicate progress, risks, challenges, and countermeasures to leadership and stakeholders.
+ Review and approve significant/special processes; ensure adherence to standards and qualification requirements.
+ Collaborate with Quality and Design Engineering to ensure new and changed processes meet established metrics; align with other commodities on strategy and objectives
+ Partner with suppliers and internal teams to interpret drawings/specifications, ensuring conformance and clarity.
+ Identify and onboard new suppliers; lead technical qualifications and readiness through Manufacturing and Quality Planning reviews and support supplier Castings Audits.

**Minimum Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Materials/Metallurgy, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field)
+ Minimum of 5 years of materials engineering, castings, mechanical engineering or a related field

**Pay and Benefits:**
+ The salary range for this position is $ 116,000.00 - 155,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive plan.

You will be a Precision Machining Technician at Lockheed Martin's Chelmsford, MA facility, working on the second shift (with the option to move to first or third shift). In this fast paced, high growth environment you will turn raw stock, castings, forgings, dies and fixtures into high quality aerospace and defense hardware. What You Will Be Doing
As a member of our skilled shop floor team you will set up and operate a variety of manual, CNC and grinding machines, interpret blueprints (including GD&T), and fabricate complex parts to exacting tolerances. You will also suggest producibility improvements, calibrate tools, and ensure every component meets specifications.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Set up and run manual and CNC machines for drilling, boring, milling, and turning of metal, exotic non metallic and composite materials.
• Operate grinding equipment to form, sharpen and finish cutters, drills and other tooling.
• Read and apply engineering drawings, rough sketches, verbal instructions, ANSI and military specifications, and GD&T requirements.
• Layout parts, select hand tools, and create custom fixtures or production aids as needed.
• Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMMs) to verify dimensions, angles and surface finish.
• Rework, calibrate, and repair production parts, assemblies and machine tooling to maintain accuracy.
• Inspect each finished component for compliance and document results in work orders.
• Propose design or process changes that enhance manufacturability and reduce cycle time.
• Work independently while collaborating with engineers, quality inspectors and supply chain partners.
• Follow all safety and ESD procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
