What You Will Do
As a member of our Americas Sales Operations team, you will:

Minimum Qualifications
* BA/BS degree

The OneRTX: Process & Systems Transformation Program will harmonize key business processes, associated tools, metrics, and reporting across the company, enabling the migration of capabilities into standardized ERP systems. The ERP Business Analyst - Plan to Sustain is responsible for the successful delivery within each phase of the program:

Build - collaborate with an integrated team of external resources and internal RTX team members in the configuration and development of system capabilities.

We are looking to hire a Sr. Finance Staff Manager role that supports the development of GE Aerospace Defense product offerings. + Lead efforts around compliance with reporting requirements due in support of engineering design and initial product launch phases of key programs.
+ Perform special analysis of major issues as required and recommend solutions to complex business issues. May lead projects with cross functional teams.
+ Support / Lead financial related elements of Edison Works ERP implementation and deployment.
+ Support Edison Works infrastructure expansion efforts in order to execute due to significant expansion needs.
+ Coordinate with finance team members in a matrix structure on key areas impacting the business.
+ Uses judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems that impact the function. Takes new perspective on existing solutions. Uses technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own function to arrive at decisions.
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited university or college
+ At least 6 years of experience in progressive finance roles
+ Aerospace and/or manufacturing Industry experience or adjacent
