The Hybrid Electric Program Manager - Turbogenerator Proof Products is a commercial business leadership role responsible for executing a joint technology development program. This role serves as a vital connection between the Electrical Power and Defense Engines businesses as well as with an external development partner (BETA Technologies and/or others) and is focused on leading the development of a turbogenerator proof product team through Tollgate 1 to 3.

Your role as an Assistant ProjectManager
As an Assistant ProjectManager, you will provide projectmanagement support during all phases of HVAC construction to ensure project standards, budget, deadlines and communications are maintained.
Safety:
Perform site walkthroughs and inspections.

**In this role, you will:**
Strategic Planning & Project Initiation
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new project initiatives
- Align projects with broader business strategy and organizational goals
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead cross-functional project teams of 5-15 members across various departments
- Coordinate and motivate team members to achieve project objectives
- Facilitate team meetings, resolve conflicts, and maintain productive team dynamics
- Delegate tasks effectively based on team members' skills and availability
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their professional development
Budget & Resource Management
- Monitor expenditures and track costs against approved budgets
- Allocate resources efficiently across multiple concurrent projects
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and external service providers
- Ensure optimal utilization of human and material resources
Risk Management & Quality Assurance
- Identify potential project risks early and develop mitigation strategies
- Implement contingency plans to minimize impact on project outcomes
- Establish quality standards and testing protocols for deliverables
- Conduct regular project reviews and performance assessments
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
- Provide regular status updates to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment on project priorities
- Communicate project changes, impacts, and recommendations effectively
- Prepare comprehensive project reports and executive dashboards
- Manage client relationships and expectations throughout project duration
Process Improvement & Documentation
- Analyze project performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities
- Implement best practices and standardized processes across project teams
- Maintain detailed project documentation and lessons learned repositories
- Contribute to the development of projectmanagement methodologies
- Support organizational change management initiatives
**What you'll need to succeed (required skills):**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Management, or related field
- ProjectManagement Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred
- Additional certifications in Agile, Scrum, or PRINCE2 advantageous
- Minimum 3-5 years of projectmanagement experience
- Proficiency in projectmanagement software (MS Project, Asana, Jira, etc.)
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Customer service orientation and stakeholder management

Compensation: Total annual compensation of $99,000-$115,000. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

IT Program Manager
Position Summary
We are looking for an accomplished and experienced IT Program Manager to lead complex, high-visibility programs across our IT portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager of IT Global Program Services, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end program delivery. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and timeline commitments. This is all part of delivering our Demand to Renew program vision. The products will provide new capabilities for our Customer Care and Remote Support teams and bring impactful innovation for all our business units. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating strategic goals into actionable plans while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Main Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
* Provide technical and program management expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of programs
* Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
* Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
* Help uncover and coordinate strategic dependencies across teams, both by facilitating Big Room Planning, and through coordination across execution to remove major impediments to accelerate inter-team velocity
Stakeholder Management
* Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams.
* Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Provide clear and consistent project updates, including executive-level reporting.
* Technical Leadership
* Partner with architects, engineers, and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with standards.
* Understand and communicate technical dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.
* Guide teams through technical decision-making while balancing business priorities.
Risk & Issue Management
* Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues that may impact project success.
* Develop contingency plans and escalate critical blockers as needed.
Process & Quality

As PLM Sourcing ProjectManager, you will be responsible for product line sourcing strategy development and execution in both the Continuation and New Product Introduction (NPI) process. This is a cross-functional leadership role with responsibility for projectmanagement and accountability for deadlines, results, and metrics. You will be a central Sourcing interface, to manage engagement with suppliers, development teams, and commodity leaders, to deliver best in class cost, and supply continuity, while mitigating supply chain risk. You will report to the Team Lead, Sourcing ProjectManager.
This is a hybrid role that can be based in our Mayfield Heights, OH or Milwaukee, WI locations.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead and early supplier engagement in Rockwell Automation's Common Product Development (CPD) process.
Lead supplier driven cost improvement activities. Support NPI and Continuation team's product cost targets through establishment of best-in-class cost for new components.
Drive execution of ISC Supply Chain Material Readiness (SCMR) which includes the utilization of the ISC Part Tracker and Critical Part Process risk management.
Reduce product risk through proper sourcing strategy development and execution. Drive use of 'Preferred' suppliers. Provide NPI or Continuation team with supply chain risk assessments which include obsolescence, delivery, currency, logistics, political and other risks.
Projectmanages the communication and activities between the NPI or Continuation team and Sourcing/Procurement. (i.e. source selection, supplier negotiations, sourcing strategy development, supplier issue resolution, etc.) Facilitates the establishment of supply management parameter guidelines with buyers and planners. (i.e. production authorization agreements, schedule agreements, lot size, lead time, logistics, packaging, etc.)
Drive Sourcing Process Improvements through elimination of variation and waste, focusing on continuous process improvement. Promote Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) methodology in the NPI and Continuation teams.
Interface and build relationships with Development Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Component Engineering, Business Unit Management, Sourcing, Operations Management, Industrialization Planning, Supplier Quality, Marketing and Finance.
Conduct tasks in accordance with all applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations & laws as well as Rockwell Automation policies and procedures. Policies and procedures include, but are not limited to: Standards of Business Conduct, Intellectual Property, Control Environment, Information Protection, ISO 9000 & ISO 14000.
