Description:What you will be doing: Join our Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) Team supporting Industrial Product-Support Vendor (IPV) Gen III program (a USAF logistics support contract through Lockheed Martin) at Robins Air Force Base (RAFB), GA! As a AFS IPV Inventory/Material 3 Handler the selected candidate will provide warehouse and inventory management services in support of maintenance depot operations. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, drive to and from base delivering parts to mitigate BWT's and FPA's. Analyze reports to perform mitigating actions to ensure available stock for customer. Sort and place material in specific BSL's (Bench Stock Locations). Inventory using a Windows Tablet, and download scans at the end of the day. Work through co-mingled property within the BSL's. Assist customers when necessary. Identifying and processing Shelf Life, Electronic Sensitive Devices/Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) identification. Must have excellent customer service skills.

* Track and monitor unconfirmed shipments
* Track material returns from the base to LDC inventory

4. Perform maintenance, disassembly, rework, repair, replacement, re-assembly, or adjustment of various ground support equipment systems in accordance with technical specifications and or engineering instructions
5. Conduct calibrations on aircraft jacks and other assigned GSE as necessary to meet mission requirements
6. Conduct diagnosis of malfunctions, including all electrical & mechanical troubleshooting, fault isolation & repair, parts replacement, line repairable unit (LRU) replacement, calibration tasks, testing, engine repairs and/or replacements & proper documentation
7. Use technical data to diagnose & solve maintenance problems on GSE, coordinating with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) when necessary to ensure fully operational equipment
8. Maintain status of inspections and maintenance in CORRIDOR database inventory tool

As a AFS IPV Inventory/Material 3 Handler the selected candidate will provide warehouse and inventory management services in support of maintenance depot operations. Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, drive to and from base delivering parts to mitigate BWT's and FPA's. Analyze reports to perform mitigating actions to ensure available stock for customer. Sort and place material in specific BSL's (Bench Stock Locations). Inventory using a Windows Tablet, and download scans at the end of the day. Work through co-mingled property within the BSL's. Assist customers when necessary. Identifying and processing Shelf Life, Electronic Sensitive Devices/Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) identification. Must have excellent customer service skills.

• Inventory Reconciliation
• Frustrated Inventory Research/Analysis
• FPA & BWT Mitigation Actions
• Monitor QDRs and Update Bins as Required
• Process Bin to Bin Transfers
• Validate Empty Bins from EB Report for each BSL
• Obtain Daily Empty Bin Report and Bin to Bin transfer report
• Direct action on issues with Material Handlers to Leads
• Manage AutoCrib PO's
• Track and monitor unconfirmed shipments
• Track material returns from the base to LDC inventory
Physical demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Ability to stand, walk and work for 8-9 hours per day.
