The mission and its people
The team I worked with was amazing. They were so helpful as I was starting out and truly worked for the benefit of each other, building each other up. The success of one team member was a success for the team.
The days are a bit long, but see my favorite perk/benefit below.
We work a 10/4 schedule so though the days are long, we have every Friday off!
