Loved the overall atmosphere of working at Lodgian Reservation Center. We had incentives, great schedules, management was easy to talk with, co-workers were wonderful to work with.
The bad part was the manager they hired who was all about "making a sale". We were all taught the value of customer service. Then when he came aboard we felt separated from the hotels and not all on the same team anymore. It was awful!!!
Getting discounts for staying at the different properties was one of my favorite perks. Another great benefit were the contests between reservationists ie: making reservations for a specific property and you get a reward. Little things like that made the whole day fly by!!!
