Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $158,000 - $254,000/YR. Under the general direction of and reporting to the Service Manager, the Generator Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of generator sets and other electrical equipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Perform various types and levels of maintenance and repair on generators and parallel systems ranging from 5-5000kw. Troubleshooting and repair of Automatic Transfer Switches, to include bypass isolation, and closed transition types as well. Repairs will include performing preventative maintenance service (oil and filters), troubleshooting AC and DC circuits, removing and replacing any and all components as necessary, performing warranty work per manufacturer's guidelines, performing start-up/commissioning on new generators and generator systems.
Perform diesel or gaseous engine troubleshooting and repair to include but not limited to ignition components, injection systems, valve adjustments etc.
Perform load bank testing on generator(s) to ensure units are in the proper operating conditions and meet applicable code requirements.
Assist other technicians with large multi-person jobs or troubleshooting complicated issues.
Education and Experience
HS Diploma required; Associate degree in an electrical/mechanical related field preferred.
Current Generac Power Systems certification preferred.
US Air Force Electrical Power Production Specialist, US Navy Electrician's Mate, or Generator and/or UPS field service technician preferred.
Skills and Other Qualifications
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to give verbal/written reports of job status, repair recommendations, equipment/supplies needed.
Must be able to account for time spent on jobs and travel.
Must have an excellent driving record and have a valid driver's license. Under general supervision of the ECE Assistant Director, the Child Development Consultant will provide hands-on coaching experiences, training, and behavioral support for children and families enrolled at CAPC childcare locations throughout San Joaquin County, including those who may have open CPS cases and/or families who are active participants of the Cal-Works programs.
This position is responsible for the development and implementation of behavior modification plans relative to the management of young children's problematic behaviors, comprehensive assessments, referrals to community resources, case plans, instruction and trainings for teaching staff, follow-up contact, coaching, mentoring, and social service support to the client, family, and teaching staff. Critical to this role is relationship-building with families to engage them in all levels of service.
The Child Development Consultant will also work closely with implementing Teaching Pyramid (CSEFEL) strategies that will aid in behavioral challenges as well as support social-emotional development within the classroom.

General:

The Position
CCBS currently offers three different BCBA positions: BCBA Mentor, BCBA Student Supervisor & Case Consultant, and BCBA Concierge Clinician.
BCBA Student Supervisor & Case Consultant
A high-level clinician responsible for and passionate about shaping the next leaders of our field through intentional goal-setting, behavioral skills training (BST), 1:1 and small group instruction via synchronous and asynchronous modalities. This is a hybrid remote position, so candidates must be local to the area.
The Successful Candidate
Holds a valid BCBA certification
Has at least 2 years of supervisory experience
Engages in strong time-management skills
Communicates effectively and professionally
Seamlessly integrates BST into teaching methods
Is a continuous learner and actively seeks out new and best evidence-based practices
Adapts teaching to other's learning style and strengths
Self-initiates and fosters an environment of support, unity and problem solving
Is flexible and adapts to changes in our field, to policies and procedures as needed
Has a positive, "can-do" attitude, and breaks down seemingly large tasks into smaller, more achievable components
Doesn't let the flame fizzle out for our field despite inevitable hardships; engages in self-care and deliberate activities and actions to remain an involved clinician

Job Description
We are actively seeking part-time Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) to join our Provider Network. You will have the opportunity to conduct treatment with our pediatric population. We deliver skilled speech therapy services and interventions tailored to the unique needs of our clients with receptive and expressive language disorders, fluency, voice, and apraxia of speech.
Responsibilities
* Provide remote speech-language therapy services to clients
* Implement an individual's plan of care via teletherapy
* Maintain a caseload of pediatric population
* Keep appropriate and daily documentation
* Collaborate with families and other professionals to maximize client progress
Qualifications
* Completion of an accredited Speech and Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) program approved per ASHA guidelines
* Active SLPA License in the State of California
* Minimum 1 year of experience as an SLPA
* Experience with language, articulation, pragmatics, and parent coaching
* Experience in a clinic private practice, home health, outpatient clinic, and/or teletherapy setting
* Experience writing SOAP Notes
* Technical proficiency to conduct teletherapy through our all-inclusive platform
* Should be comfortable working with children (18 months+)
* Experience with fluency, behavioral modifications, adults, & AAC, preferred
* Bilingual and able to treat in Spanish, preferred
Hours and Location
This is a 100% remote opportunity, requiring a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
Compensation
W2 | $30.00 - $46.00 per hour commensurate with experience, qualifications, and bilingualism
