    The purpose of the FE5 position is to demonstrate proficiency in servicing equipment with advanced troubleshooting skills while applying excellent customer satisfaction skills in the most difficult situations. The FE5 will work on a great variety of machines. Participates in training sessions and informational meetings as assigned. Accurately troubleshoot and diagnose complex hardware problems. Understand, troubleshoot and properly diagnose complex connectivity problems. Will resolve all difficult service problems using all available servicing information. Will resolve difficult customer satisfaction problems. May become a product specialist on a particular model. Provides leadership by example within the supervisory group. Assists in the absence of the specialist with machine and customer problems. Learn complete assembly and disassembly procedures in the field or shop. Develop ability to work independently. Learn to logically troubleshoot machine problems utilizing all available resources. Demonstrate proficiency in equipment cleanings and PMs. To maintain, track and protect from damage all car stock and inventory that is issued. Participate with other Technicians in field training. Demonstrate acceptable verbal and written communication skills with customers and other employees. Candidates must posses a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and provide proof of minimum auto insurance coverage as required by state law. Conforms to company guidelines on dress code and personal hygiene. Maintain a safe vehicle with secure storage for parts.
