Position Summary: Account Support Representatives are responsible for covering for Loffler associates at client sites for vacation, sick days and heavier than expected workloads. This position requires having good working knowledge of multiple client sites throughout the Twin Cities Metro Area. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Implement all LMS production policies and procedures. Interface with customers, sales personnel and management as required to achieve LMS objectives. Complete special projects as assigned. Exercise good business judgment, initiative and creativity. Personally operate various LMS equipment when necessary, due to absence, in start-up situations or as required. Suggest areas of improvement for individual sites. Document exceptional performance of fellow employees along with any site concerns observed. Maintain a clean, safe, professional and productive work environment. Provide customer satisfaction at your assigned site. Complete quality work on a timely basis. Deal with customers in a friendly and courteous manner. Work with PC and Microsoft Suite software. Responsible for understanding, staying updated on, and abiding by the Employee Handbook as written. Other related duties as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Reports to customer full time. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record, and provide proof of minimum auto insurance coverage as required by state law. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Works well under pressure and achieve deadlines. Ability to work with detailed information accurately. Ability to communicate both written and orally. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and software. Education/Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent.     The primary purpose of the Business Development Executive Internship program is to generate intro appointments to non-Loffler Imaging clients. The program's goal is to create an opportunity for college students to establish a baseline knowledge of prospecting strategies, cold calling techniques, and activity-tracking, while providing a real-world business-to-business sales experience in the technology industry. The Business Development Executive has bonus opportunities and will also be assigned to a tenure sales representative as a summer mentor. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in "other related duties as assigned": Create and develop prospecting strategies. Create and develop prospecting talk tracks and emails. Attend assigned trainings. Attend Intro meetings with assigned Account Executive. Understand the Loffler Story and Difference. Baseline knowledge of Loffler Product Stack (Imaging and IT). Responsible for calling on a specific set of zip codes. Meet daily and weekly sales activity metrics Track and record activities into CRM (phone calls, emails, meetings, and opportunities). Qualifications/Requirements: 4-day work weeks; Monday - Thursday (100% onsite at Saint Louis Park HQ) Fosters openness and trust through personal behavior; follows through on commitments. Is self-directed, takes personal responsibility and is willing to be held accountable. Works effectively across organizational boundaries. Maintains the ability to "stay the course" even in the presence of adversity and opposition. Articulates the clients' key business strategies, initiatives and associated critical success factors align those to Loffler solutions. Enter CRM tool information on qualified prospects which will be continually updated. Participate in and be a contributing member of the sales team and uphold the company mission statement. Follow departmental procedures. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Plans and schedules work activities to complete assignments in their order of priority and make the most effective use of time. Contributes to a favorable working climate through a friendly manner and cooperative attitude in dealings with other employees. Proficient PC/laptop skills. Experience and a proven track record in this industry is preferred but not required. This is a driving position - Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, and provide proof of minimum auto insurance coverage as required by state law. Education/Experience: Pursuing a bachelor's degree (B. A. ) from four-year college or university. Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
