About this Role:
Lead cross-functional hardware teams across program and mission development, attending key meetings and activities. Monitor progress and communicate changes in priorities, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
Project Planning and Scheduling
Develop and manageproject timelines, including milestones and deliverables, for hardware development projects. Coordinate technical requirements, resources, and scheduling across engineering, testing, and production teams to ensure smooth project flow.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Facilitate communication and collaboration across engineering disciplines, including Ground systems, software teams, systems engineering, and suppliers.
Act as the point of contact between engineering teams and other departments, such as product management, operations, and business development.
Risk Management and Mitigation
Identify technical and project risks, including those (related to signal integrity, RF interference, and space environment constraints).

Work with finance and engineering leads to develop budgets that align with project scope and requirements.
Ensure the availability of technical resources, including specialized equipment, testing tools, and team support, while staying within budget constraints.
Support team leads in creating standards, best practices, and streamlined processes for feature development and delivery.
Contribute to product roadmaps and engage in long-term planning.
Must Haves:
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
5+ years end-to-end, product development-focused engineering experience on space applications
Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and SDLC standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in data visualization.
Strong interpersonal skills; capable of influencing others without formal authority.

About the role
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help strategize and manage complex autonomous trucking engineering projects, identify gaps, and implement best practices for our customers. At Applied Intuition, you will:
Own strategic trucking autonomy projects that are critical for Applied Intuition's engagements with global truck OEMs
Drive execution of large-scope, cross-disciplinary initiatives focused on Level 4 (L4) autonomy for trucks, integrating hardware, software, and operations to accelerate development, deployment, and commercialization
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders - working directly with OEM customers, engineering teams, and executives - to understand use-cases, clear requirements, and address technical challenges to ensure project success in trucking autonomy
Work closely with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, safety, and operations to deliver major program milestones

We're seeking an experienced Special Projects Lead to oversee the end-to-end execution of finance-domain datasets powering large language models (LLMs). In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams of finance experts, data annotators, QAs, and client partners to ensure on-time, high-quality, and cost-effective dataset delivery. Key Responsibilities
Define the Financial Taxonomy: Design and maintain the canonical taxonomy for financial concepts, workflows, and document types (models, memos, CIMs, TAM analysis, NDAs, etc.) to guide model training and evaluation.
Domain Leadership: Serve as the finance subject matter authority, ensuring that all model training datasets align with best practices across investment banking, private investing (PE, growth, VC).
