A day in this role
Your shift begins with a safety huddle and a quick scan of your line. All Sales Consultants must attend and complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of their official start date. This class may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based training will be required throughout your employment with Victra.

The CPM Industrial Solutions Division has a unique opportunity for a Hard-Face Welder in our manufacturing facility in Harlan IA. This is an opportunity to join a highly successful business with advancement opportunities. We are looking for a motivated detail-oriented person with strong welding aptitude attention to detail and the ability to work safely and productively with minimal supervision.
This can be an entry level position. We will train motivated candidates that are willing to work hard, show up on time and can learn to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Monday thru Thursday/10 hours per day

Qualifications & Skills:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to work independently with little supervision
Welding experience preferred
Ability to read and understand work instructions
Forklift experience
