The Opportunity: We have an immediate opening for a regular full-time Senior Marketing Proposal Specialist. This position will work a hybrid in-office schedule, and can be located in any of our offices in downtown Tempe, Flagstaff, downtown Tucson, Arizona; Salt Lake City, Utah; or downtown Fort Collins, Colorado. Your Key Responsibilities: Manage the entire proposal production process, including, but not limited to: reading/analyzing the RFP (request for proposal); conducting strategy and teaming meetings; outlining/coordinating proposal materials; providing proposal/technical editing; conducting compliance/quality review; and developing eye-catching layouts. Supports the firms federal activities including research activities, registrations, contracts, proposals, and annual reporting. Assist with other marketing responsibilities as needed, including business development tasks. What Youll Bring: 7+ years of related experience in marketing or proposal coordination, with at least 2 years of experience within the Architecture and Engineering industry. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree. Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized. Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products including InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator. Great interpersonal communication skills with an enthusiastic and engaging demeanor, and comfortable initiating phone calls and building relationships with clients and external partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines. Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in the office 3 days per week on average. What We Offer: Compensation This is a full-time position paid on a salaried basis between $75,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and education. Assists with month-end bookkeeping duties, as required. Assists with other clerical tasks, as requested. Demonstrates accurate judgment about the applicability of project cost accounting, federal cost accounting standards, and federal/state payroll and payroll tax regulations to numerous accounting situations. What Youll Bring: 2+ years of related accounting experience plus a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or closely-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. What We Offer: Compensation This position is paid on an hourly basis between $22 - $24 per hour, depending on experience and education. Per diem varies between $59-$74 per day for hotel-based projects, per 2026 GSA rates by county. Logan Simpson will provide single-occupancy hotel rooms for all hotel-based projects. Benefits Temporary staff members are eligible for paid sick leave, 8 paid holidays, eligibility for a healthcare program through ACRA (American Cultural Resources Association), and for eligible temporary staff members, the firm offers a $150 field gear stipend and a retention bonus program. Your Key Responsibilities: Participating in archaeological excavation, monitoring, and pedestrian survey projects as a crew member, under the supervision of a field director or crew lead.
