What You'll Need:
* 4+ years of experience in DevOps or similar roles

* Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code practices.
* Solid knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS), container orchestration, and cluster security.
* Hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, and alerting/monitoring systems.
* Understanding of network connectivity over the private link endpoint, VPC, cross-account vpc connectivity, how to make things accessible internally, externally, etc.

* Exposing internal self-hosted services like LangFuse via WebUI for internal users using Traefik or Ingress controller or any other tool
* Experience in deployment of LLM related solutions that require MCP, LangFuse, Airflow, GraphDB, VectorDB, Redis etc…
* Experience working with developers on on-demand JIT access to Prod clusters to troubleshoot/debug issues with tools like Teleport or some other.
* Strong background in cloud security, access management, and encryption.
* Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Our Global Partner Marketing team is a critical function within the Egnyte Partner Sales organization, driving growth, demand, and market expansion with-and through-our channel partner ecosystem.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Reporting to the Director, Global Partner Marketing, this role will be responsible for developing and executing impactful marketing programs with, and through Egnyte VAR, MSP and Distribution partners that generate demand and accelerate our partner sales pipeline. You will hit the ground running collaborating with Egnyte field marketing, partner sales, marketing operations and other internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-impact campaigns that support partner growth objectives. You will engage with sales and marketing roles within key regional, national and global solution providers, managed services and distribution partners in the US and EMEA, to build and execute joint marketing initiatives. This will include building internal awareness of the Egnyte solution with these accounts.
Specific expectations of this role include:
Develop and execute against a partner marketing demand generation plan that includes quarterly, measurable targets aligned to partner sales goals
Track, analyze and report on performance against goals, ROI of partner marketing investments, and impact on bookings.
Build marketing toolkits, playbooks and templates and drive partner adoption, to support partner implementation of lead generation campaigns around key Egnyte initiatives.
Work proactively with Egnyte partner managers and strategic MSP/VAR partners to build and deliver effective joint marketing demand-generation campaigns and virtual or in-person events.
Manage MDF investments, including planning, execution and results tracking.
Collaborate with field marketing to amplify Egnyte hosted customer events, webinars and initiatives through partners to drive expanded reach and pipeline.
Build scalable one-to-many lead generation programs to fuel and scale partner engagement and productivity.
Improve and oversee partner lead routing and reporting processes.
This role requires up to 30% travel.
