Logista company history timeline

1998

Starting in 1998, the shareholding was remodeled, the Grupo T2 brand was dissolved to launch Integra2 brand on the market, although the partner in Madrid once again operates as Transportes Alameda.

1999

In 1999, after the Logista and Midesa (Marco Ibérica Distribución de Ediciones S.A.) merger, Logista incorporated the distribution of books and publications in Spain and Portugal.

2004

In 2004, Logista starts a strong international expansion through the acquisition of Etinera and the creation of Logista Italia, becoming the leading distributor of tobacco and convenience products in Southern Europe.

2007

Dropbox, founded by Drew Houston and Arash Ferdowsi (MIT engineers) in 2007, is a cross-platform cloud storage solution, with support for Windows, Mac OS X, and Linux.

2008

In 2008 Imperial Tobacco Group (now Imperial Brands) acquired Grupo Logista, maintaining independent management of the company.

2014

Logista began trading on Spanish stock exchanges on July 14, 2014, at a price of €13 per share and is part of the IBEX Medium Cap®.

In 2014 the Compañía de Distribución Integral Logista Holdings, S.A.U (Grupo Logista), parent company of the Compañía de Distribución Integral Logista S.A.U Operating Company (former Group's parent company) was created.

2015

Since 2015 Integra2 measure the carbon footprint of each shipment and work to reduce our emissions and comply with corporate compliance.
