Store inventory in temperature-controlled environments (2-8°ree;C), ensuring compliance with cold chain guidelines. Log and track inventory movement, ensuring all products entering or leaving cold storage are accurately recorded. Maintain real-time inventory records using internal systems and inventory software (e.g., Fishbowl, Lspedia, Excel). Conduct regular audits and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies. Monitor and document refrigerator temperatures to ensure ongoing compliance and product integrity. Ensure safe and compliant handling of pharmaceutical products per SOPs and regulatory standards. Prepare and stage products for internal and external shipments, ensuring proper cold chain packaging. Collaborate with the pharmacy and logistics teams to coordinate timely deliveries and replenishments. Assist the Pharmacy Technicians as needed on the floor with pharmaceutical materials. Report temperature excursions, inventory discrepancies, or potential non-compliance immediately to supervisors. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) required. 1+ year of experience in pharmaceutical, warehouse, or supply chain operations preferred.
