Description of Required Experience/Skills:
· Able to obtain and hold a secret security clearance.
· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
· Conceptual knowledge of XML/HTML.
· Experience working with Engineering Drawings & ECPs
· Family Tree/MAC/PPL/RPSTL/EDFP development experience on military systems.
· Working knowledge of military documentation development standards [Military Standard (MIL-STD- 40051-1 and MIL-STD- 40051-2, MIL-HDBK-1222C, and standard military writing and Quality Assurance practices.
· Excellent grammar and written communication skills.
· Ability to track and comply with strict schedules.
· Desire and ability to work in a team environment.

Description of Desired Experience/Skills:
· Experience working with desktop publishing software such as Arbortext.
· Experience working with paper-based and electronic-based technical documentation.
· Operational and maintenance background in US Army C4ISR Systems.
· Experience developing and editing XML content. Arbortext Editor experience a plus.
· User level experience with Military Technical Manuals.
· Working knowledge of PowerLog for development of Provisioning reports.
· Access to Provisioning sites such as WebFLIS.

The Naval Supply Systems Command is the Navy's lead organization for Hazardous Material Management including Pollution Prevention (P2) and Hazardous Material Control and Management (HMC&M) Programs. The goal of HMM is to manage HAZMAT in order to reduce Hazardous Waste (HW) generation and disposal costs. Services include support for Consolidated Hazardous Material Reutilization and Inventory Management Program (CHRIMP) operations HAZMAT IT systems such as Navy ERP and Automated Information Technology (AIT) deployment and sustainment. CHRIMP is the Navy's tool for ashore and afloat life-cycle HAZMAT management to ensure compliance with federal state and local environmental regulations and mandates procedures to control track and reduce HAZMAT. Procedures include HAZMAT identification segregation storage; inventory accuracy; shelf-life management; material offload and turn-in for reuse or disposal.

The scope of the contract includes all HMM to support compliance including Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA) the Pollution Protection (P2) Act and Occupational Safety Health Administration (OSHA) statutes. Methods and tools used include Authorized Use List (AUL) Safety Data Sheet (SDS) management Fleet support training HQ Program Management Supply Chain Management (SCM) Hazardous Material Center (HMC) operations at NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Centers (FLC) and HAZMAT Offload support for Regional CHRIMP Centers (RCC).
The candidate will support the Navy's HAZMAT Management program as follows:

Ashore and Afloat CHRIMP implementation and operational sustainment
HAZMAT Locker Assessment
HAZMAT Control Warehousing and Inventory Accuracy
HAZMAT assistance training and Ship-to-Shore Offload support
Afloat HAZMAT IT Systems functional support and training
HAZMAT Automated Information Technology (AIT) functional support and training
HAZMAT data collection performance metrics coordination and reporting

Navy ERP user experience in material management and/or warehouse management is desired
A Bachelor's degree is desired

We are currently seeking a Logistician, (Junior/Mid/Senior) to support our customer in Crane, Indiana. The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties, as well as, possess the following education and experience:
+ Provide logistics support for the establishment of an Organic Depot

+ Obtain Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) documentation such as technical manuals, depot operational procedures for test benches, test procedures, and related items

+ Obtain program reports, technical papers, drawings, specifications, procedures, etc.; provide comments; organize, consolidate, and adjudicate comments from various organizations, and prepare reports

+ Perform reviews, analysis, and validation of engineering and logistics products; prepare executive-level reports and briefs

+ Define the test equipment, manpower, procedures, facilities, and technical data required to establish the first increment of the Advanced Off-Board Electronic Warfare (AOEW) Organic Depot

+ Develop updated Bill of Materials (BOM) for each Line Replaceable Units (LRU) as well as the Test Set used to test LRUs

Required Education and Experience:

+ Junior: Bachelor's Degree AND zero (0) to five (5) years' experience

+ Mid: Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred) AND five (5) to twelve (12) years' experience

+ Senior: Master's Degree and twelve (12) or more years' experience

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
