What Does A Logistics Account Executive Do At Pae, Inc.

* Will serve as President for program specific Joint Venture and report operational and financial performance to Joint Venture board of directors.
* Oversee all aspects of Program Operations including business development, logistics, and financial performance.
* Oversee operations, logistics, plans, contracts, human resources, finance, management, security, quality assurance, safety and risk assessments for all program tasks.
* Act as the principal point of contact for the client(s).
* Adjust team assets and company resources to meet unique task requirements while remaining within the parameters of the work statement.
* Assist Capture Management in business development efforts, including new business opportunities, win strategy, pricing strategy, and staffing strategy.
* Maintain an agile and responsive program with "surge" capabilities to meet evolving mission requirements.
* Maintain a coherent, integrated, and sustained program capability that fosters program continuity and innovation and that allows for the integration and introduction of new concepts and work scope without disrupting current Work or client relationships.
* Act as a Expeditionary Logistics subject matter expert and direct program activities surrounding government appropriations; Engineering and logistics; Operations and Maintenance, Construction, Services and Commodities; and Government acquisitions.
* Simultaneously manage multiple task orders of a magnitude greater than $1M each in geographically dispersed locations

What Does A Logistics Account Executive Do At Penske

* Proactively identify, pursue, and maintain a constant pipeline of potential customers that meet or exceed established quotas via prospecting, networking and referral activities within a regional market.
* Establish relationships with strategic customers with decision making authority and / or influence.
* With a thorough understanding of the customer’s business model, collaborate with Penske’s product team to identify and propose logistics solutions to customers utilizing Penske Logistics products and services that translate into closed, contracted business deals.
* Responsible to extend or renew existing contracts before or upon contract expiration, as well as identify opportunities for customer growth in new geographic locations, new industries, or with additional products and services.
* Embrace a culture of integrity and professionalism and utilize this value based selling methodology in all sales pursuits.
